The worst I've had in over a decade. When I told Ms Kim they were different, she told me "sometimes the eyebrows are just different." I was appalled. Like you just sculpted them. And they are not even close. She attempted to fix them and only worked on it for less than 60 seconds and said she was done. Waste of time and money. And to make it seem like it wasnt her fault was disrespectful.

My nail tech took the used utensils and rinsed them under water and used a dirty towel to dry them off. When I told them I wanted new utensils to be used they acted like I was speaking another language. No apology, no acknowledgment, they just got sterilized instruments and started the pedicure. Nothing at this nail salon is single use. They re use everything. I have gotten an infection before from a nail salon with said practices. The salon is filthy. It's ran by Kim who up-charges for each and every single thing. Definitely not a peaceful place to come get your nails done. I will not be back as the risk of infection was too high.

Both locations provide a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere with great customer service. Once you arrive, you're taken back to the treatment areas which are separated by a curtain and have a flat bed to lay on. You can hear other conversations going on but it's still a relatively relaxing experience. My esthetician, Linda, was sweet and kind. She offered me a weighted blanket and explained each step to me like I asked while getting my service. I have done the Foundrie Glow facial, the Clean +Natural facial, dermaplaning, and brow laminating services before . Treatments take about 45 minutes, and I always feel very relaxed after! What I find to be absolutely ridiculous is the fact my lash artist refused to work me in when I reported losing multiple lashes on both eyes due to my lash schedule being thrown off by a whimsical vacation she decided to take. Everyone deserves to take a vacation, however the business owner/lash artist should also consider accommodating their client when they report losing multiple lashes in one week because their over due for a fill! Verses expecting them to wait over a week until their next scheduled appointment! I was told " I have nothing, I'm really busy fitting people in since my vacation". "I absolutely appreciate you, I appreciate all my ladies to the fullest". "I just wish there were more hours in the day". After receiving that response via email, I felt far from an appreciated customer who always kept scheduled appointments, referred others and left a generous gratuity in her hand every two weeks! If you decide to use this studio please have a back-up lash artist on speed dial because you will NOT get worked in with Sheila unless she's reworking her schedule prior to going on a whimsical vacation! Never in my life have I had such a struggle trying to make an appointment. My first mistake was…read moreusing a Groupon for a place that doesn't really exist. The sisters sometimes do appointments through their home and at other times through a salon they don't own. It took two months to find an available appointment. The day of the appt Brittany text to say that she was running behind. I let her know that would push me back too late and WE decided to reschedule. No worries. Well, another month passes and we can't seem to make the schedules work. I work M-F 7-5pm and the only available appts were during the day. How anyone expects clients to adhere to that schedule is beyond me. I requested a refund since this is obviously not working out. Brittany has me talk with the "owner" her older sister Jennifer. J. Adler has given me the most DISCOURTEOUS customer service of my life. She explains to me that due to the cancelled appt (that both her sister and I agreed upon) my Groupon is now void. She offers nothing in return. When I push, I am told that if I pay her $50 MORE then she can get me in. More I ask? Why would I pay more, when I can't even get the originally purchased service?? She is unpleasant, rude and takes her time with each snarky text response. I hate to be out $100 and so I push for a better resolve. I'm told that they will allow me the original Groupon if I wait until May, when their new salon is open. I agree. 4/17: I text to book a May appt. 4/18: I ask for a response and am told the salon is not open yet and they will be in touch. 5/2: I let them know I have an event at the end of the month and would like to book. No response. 5/11: I state that I have been trying to book since January and would really like to have this appointment booked. I ask them to please respond. 5/11: J. Adler's response: "Yes but you also canceled yours appointment at the last minute which normally waives your discount! and we are being KIND enough to let you still use your Groupon. I was going to have you use it at the new salon but its not open yet so you will have to see Britney at the salon in uptown. I will have her reach out to you today." I'm so glad they are being kind enough to let me continue to try and book 6 months later. I'm not sure what business model this young woman is trying to follow, but she will need to change her approach to customer service if she wants to be successful. I have very little faith that I will be able to book before my baby shower or anytime ever . I am so disappointed and upset that I've lost $100 to someone who clearly doesn't deserve it. I'm scared that even if I were to get in, that they would do such a poor job that I would end up having to spend even more money to have them redone elsewhere.

After getting lashes from Jennifer Adler, I had zero trouble with them. They looked great, felt comfortable and no more itchy eyes. The price for refills is very reasonable. Any questions I had (and I had a lot), were always answered to my satisfaction. She is always Professional and more knowledgeable than anyone I had went to before. I eventually became a hair client of hers as well. My friends tell me my hair has never looked better. It's easy to book appointments...and she employs a service that reminds me of my upcoming appointments. Its comforting to have a hair and lash person I can trust.
