Nothing at this nail salon is single use. They re use everything. I have gotten an infection before from a nail salon with said practices. The salon is filthy. It's ran by Kim who up-charges for each and every single thing. Definitely not a peaceful place to come get your nails done. I will not be back as the risk of infection was too high.

If I were to nitpick, I'd prefer more steam, a more thorough extraction for my nose pores (I could still see my nose pores were not clear), and a little bit more pressure with the product application around the nose area, but that's just my preference and what I'm used to. I will request that at my next booking! For the environment, I do wish it were in a little bit more secluded area because it's pretty much in the center of the salon so you can hear EVERYONE'S conversation. So it was a bit noisy for a "luxurious spa" experience. But for the price, you really can't complain. I've only ever gone to Spavia (SUPER luxurious), so my expectations might be a little up there since I've never gotten a facial at a Salon specific place before. It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The quality is great for the price with the caveat that I've only ever gotten a simple design once. Other than that, I usually get a full set (basically the dip powder brushed over my real nail) with a solid color or French tip. But even that I've found can be pretty spendy at other locations--and here a manicure costs me $50.00!!! French tip costs extra, but they have loyalty punch cards that allow you to earn a free design after a few visits and a $7.00 discount when you fill the card. If I get a pedicure I usually go for the basic (I think, can't remember but it's around $45)! Which means I can get a mani + pedi for just under $100.00 ... AMAZING. And while I've never gotten my eyebrows done here, I've seen regulars go to the back room for this service. They used to also do eyelash extensions but have gotten rid of that since COVID. The vibe is they've been in business for decades and spend their money on quality nail products rather than decorations or marketing. Love it because that's probably what keeps the cost lower than average. 10/10 would recommend for regular nail maintenance!
