The worst I've had in over a decade. When I told Ms Kim they were different, she told me "sometimes the eyebrows are just different." I was appalled. Like you just sculpted them. If you want a staph infection, come to this salon. I watched as the nail tech about to start my pedicure, went to grab USED utensils from another nail tech who was completing a pedicure on another client. My nail tech took the used utensils and rinsed them under water and used a dirty towel to dry them off. When I told them I wanted new utensils to be used they acted like I was speaking another language. No apology, no acknowledgment, they just got sterilized instruments and started the pedicure. Nothing at this nail salon is single use. They re use everything. I have gotten an infection before from a nail salon with said practices. The salon is filthy. It's ran by Kim who up-charges for each and every single thing. Definitely not a peaceful place to come get your nails done. I will not be back as the risk of infection was too high. read more

However, after the appointment I noticed several inconsistencies in the nails. My cuticles were hurting. Acrylic chipped off within the first week and the french doesn't touch the sides of my nails. There are also bubbles in the gel and somehow a hair got stuck in the gel while it cured? Terrible. Do not come here! First of all 80 percent of their polishes are drugstore brands (sinful colors, wet and wild, revlon). If you are paying to get your nails done I would expect salon polishes. Especially for their ridiculous prices. Whatever, I grabbed a polish from their short selection of OPI and sat in the massage chair. As I sat down, the male that was doing my pedicure cut the sides of nails with a cuticle nipper and started to shape my toenails into and almond shape? (I have square toenails) He hacked the sides of my toenails off. I became upset and asked him to please not cut/shape my nails anymore. This is where it gets worse. He used the foot file and sliced the side of my foot. While my foot was bleeding he put my foot BACK into the foot bath contaminating everything (foot bath did not have a liner). I told the manager and instead of her apologizing she said to me, "How do I know you didn't have that when you came in?". I called over the gentleman who gave me my pedicure and he denied that he even used a file on my foot. She even charged my mom for my pedicure and I had to come back and demand a refund. My sister and I stopped in for a pedi. We were treated politely. The area wasn't spotless but not filthy. The floor was dirty. Our toes looked fine. The problem is that on the wall it was advertised $25 for a standard pedi. We were handed a baggy with a new foot scrubber and 2 more items and told the total was $27 plus tax. I said I didn't want the take home bag. She said yes, bring it with you next time! I told her I'm on vacation and wouldn't be back. I had to pay for something I didn't ask for or want. What a scam. Not recommended! When I go into a professional salon I expect to see OPI, China Glaze, etc, high quality polishes. While I saw some of these brands, I also noticed that they had quite a selection of $1.99 nail polishes (Sinful Colors), a cheap department store brand. I was shocked to see this. Cheap nail polish does not last nearly as long as higher quality polishes. When I'm spending money on a service like this I expect professionalism. Clearly this business is all about money and not their clients. Cutting corners seems to be their specialty. A friend and I went in recently to get manis and pedis. I'm almost certain the woman who did my pedicure had never given a pedicure before. It was terrible. Then, the only nail polish they had in the color I needed was the cheap polish mentioned above. After this less than mediocre experience I decided to just pay for the pedicure and leave. I realized I could do my finger nails better than they could. When asked by employees why I wasn't getting the manicure I wanted I mentioned that I'm not a fan of cheap nail polish. They got extremely defensive and rude. The manager Kim is awesome - no matter who I see though, I always leave very happy and excited to show off my nails. They have a huge variety of brands and colors and always treat their customers respectfully. They also just renovated the salon and it looks lovely. There's a $1 charge for everything! You pay $1 for your file and buffer. To pay using a card is an extra $1. My polish is a little lumpy on some nails and 2 days later the polish on my thumb is cracking. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I have been coming to this nail shop for many years. The owner Kim goes above and beyond for her customers. She gives us gifts for holidays and children fruit snacks. Everyone there is very pleasant to deal with. Amber and Kevin are veterans in doing full sets and amazing pedicures . The owner does full wax services and eyelashes. I've been to several shops over the years but I like the atmosphere of this one the best. She buys only high quality products , offers a variety of nail powders , gel colors, and luxury pedicure options. Free wifi, plasma Tvs to watch. Very put together shop. Her prices are comparable to the area, which I feel is a great deal for the products she uses. You will need to buy your own nail files for 1.00. This is for your own safety. You don't want someone else's nail fungus on your hands or feet. People complain about this and it's crazy to me. I prefer a business that puts my safety first! I came in Saturday evening march 7th 2020. I sat down first for a pedicure, i asked the woman why she applied such thick coats of polish she said that is how they did their process. I was already unhappy with the piggy pink color on my toes that shoes have been nude. My feet still feel rough as she applied the lotion to my feet while they were still wet. I was furious. I told the nail tech i wanted coffin shaped nude nails, first she kept messing up the length she tore of a few nails and reapplied them one of which she still extended with a bunch of acrylic. I told them i wanted my nails to have a thin natural look, when I was finished I had bricks on my finger tips. I wanted to cry I asked them to fix it and they said even if they did it would look the same after two coat of polish. I paid $110 for this experience. I woke up the next day and went to Luxer nail lounge in maple grove and they fixed everything I and I had to pay an additional $75 for the fix so I am very upset. Had the nail techs here will argue with you and lie like they did nothing wrong it's all about money. I do not recommend this salon at all. read more

At first I was in LOVE with this place! Don't get me wrong, they've done amazing on my nails each time. But the last time I went in, I feel like I was WAY over charged. I recently changed the shape of my nails from square to semi square. I was told that it would be $5 extra due to the shape of my nails, then when I asked for matte finish, I was told that was another $5. I've never heard of anyone getting charged extra for matte finish. Also when I asked my friend who referred me if they charge her extra for her shape, she said no she doesn't get charged her's are the pointy nails which I believe would take even more time than mine. Big fan of Kim. ... the owner. She is a licensed esthetician. First you will notice the shop is super clean and sanitary. It's the usual routine when you walk in. .. the mani/pedi stations pause as everyone checks your needs out when you walk in. Everyone is culturally pleasant as working through the strong Vietnamese dialect is always a little challenge. Kim and Henry are the easiest to understand... no worries... there is order, yet plenty of room for creativity. I usually just go just for the lashes that Kim exclusively puts on herself. For a mere fraction of the price out there compared to other places, this alone is worth the drive. Sometimes the lashes can make it 2 months without needing a redo. That's golden! I've sent many people her way for the high quality lashes she puts on. There is also a special back room you go to just for your face pampering event. High quality Good price Ohhhhhh .... the price we pay for beauty. .... it's doable here. read more

I love this place! The shop is clean, the nail techs are super nice and the prices are cheap. They have nice, comfortable chairs for pedicures. If your're looking to get fancy designs (free style) you might not want to go here, they are not very good at unique and fancy designs but they can do basic designs and air brush. The location is great, you never have to worry about parking. Although its not upscale I still rate it a 5 because of the cleaniness, price, and quality of service. read more
