I have been going to this Lash Studio for about 3 months now. The person (Chris) who did my lashes never really spoke but I just continued to go back because she did great work and I always liked how my lashes turned out. But today revealed her true attitude towards me. During the first 5 minutes of her putting the tape under my eyes she seemed frustrated & annoyed and said sharply "are you afraid?! The facility was really clean, and nice. They got me in for an appointment fairly fast. I am not from the area so I got a little lost along the way to my appointment, and ended up being 10 minutes late. They gave me some attitude about that and threatened to cancel my appointment if I wasn't there in five minutes. My appointment was suppose to include an eyebrow wax, and I was told their waxer quit so they offered me a refil for my lashes instead. I didn't mind that option so I accepted. The lashes at first were VERY full and over the top, and now (weeks later) they are looking how I want. Chris did an outstanding job with my lashes. I was a very challenging client because I had so few lashes on my left eye (comes with being over a certain age unfortunately) and the lashes I do have are very thin and wispy. I found Chris on Groupon. The first four experiences were great then on my last refill she clipped my eyelid with her scissors and used an excessive amount of glue.I believe she was sick because she kept coughing all over me. Three days later my right eyelid was completely swollen. When I reached out to her for insight, she sad she was sorry and doubts it was anything she did. Chris was so rude and cold.
