Instead of CALLING ME to attempt to collect payment they instead opted to send the bill to a debt collector without ever even attempting another method of contact and I had to call the 1-800 number to see what's going on and paid the bill. It shouldn't be this complicated to just CALL A PERSON TO LET THEM KNOW THEY HAVE A PAYMENT DUE
