They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

When Lamar Beck (may he RIP) still owned them, they worked like they should. The company who bought them obviously doesn't care. I'll be looking for an alternative.

He prescrubbed my car and sent me through. My car came out a thousand times better than it went in. Music selection was top tier. No need to have my headphones in or play music from my car. I was vibing while wiping everything down and vacuuming. Knocked a star off because the vacuums, while powerful, are pretty janky. The first and second one's hoses instantly detached from their nozzles when I went to use them. The other ones next to me didn't have the same issue.
