I had a great experience dealing with Sam of Last Stop Roofing. I requested a roof and gutter inspection, Sam showed up on time as scheduled. He was professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. He completed the inspection in a timely manner, which included lots of photos detailing areas of concern. He thoroughly explained to my satisfaction his recommendations in the needed repairs without trying to upsell (oversell) me. He appeared honest with his overall presentation, that's my personal experience as a retired sworn peace officer of 20 years. He gave me a detailed cost estimate within two days as promised through email. I approved the cost estimate which was very reasonable and then I paid a small deposit fee. The work started right away as the weather permitted. The two roof technicians including Sam came out to perform the roof and gutter repairs per the work order. It took them almost two days to complete, because there was a lot of work to be done. Sam took lots of photos during the course of performing the repairs to show progress of before and after. After all the repairs were completed, the entire area was cleaned and left better than before. I definitely recommend Last Stop Roofing for all your roofing and gutter needs. I just wanted to update my original 5 star post to 2 stars. The roof started leaking again shortly after the initial repair, and Sam did come out again, but after that it started leaking... again. I contacted him in September 2022, provided pics/videos and he said he would be in touch... Then a few weeks later said he was going to stop by in the next few days... Nothing. I contacted him the beginning of 2023, and asked if he was able to stop out in September 2022 (hoping maybe I missed him) and he said no, then proceeded to tell me how "Crazy September is for them". Sam said that he would stop by as soon as it warmed up, but I guess he was too busy because my roof is still leaking... in the exact same spot. It's unfortunate, because he seems like a great guy, but I guess new business/customers is more important than customers that have already paid him. read more

I found Last Stop Roofing through Home Advisor and was pleasantly surprised when they responded so quickly to my inquiry. I've found with electricians, roofers, etc that they take forever to respond or never follow up. Sam seemed to quote and charge a reasonable price. They came to fix our roof and they got it done quickly. I asked them to come back though because they missed a spot that I had asked to get fixed for initially. They eventually fixed that too without charging extra which I appreciated. Overall, they did a nice job getting the job done. My one piece of feedback that id like them to apply is to be a little more organized and communicate more clearly with their customers. It was kind of a waiting game knowing what day and time they were coming. No one greeted us the day they came for the repair or gave a run down of the work they did before leaving to have us verify that the improvement applied met our expectations. I feel like if they checked in with us that could've avoided the second trip they had to make to fix the part that they missed. read more

Jimmy's quote of the damage was so easy for me to understand (home repairs is not my strong suit), gave me and my husband pointers for repairing our ceiling in our bedroom from the leak to help us save money. Our contact and business dealings with Last Stop Roofing were everything you could possibly hope for as a customer. Sam Badran, the owner, is a man of his word. He arrived to give an estimate and answered all of our questions. On the day our service was completed, the workers arrived right on time, completed the work, and when they left, everything was cleaned up and cleared away. I found Last Stop Roofing on HomeAdvisor and I worked with John and he was the most honest man I have met thus far in this industry. My roof is only 4 years old and when I requested help from the previous installers they were just less then helpful and also quoting me an astronomical amount of money for my roof repair (basically the equivalent of a new roof).
