I am now worried that siding wasn't properly taped as another one had the city come by to stop them installing. Maybe have a guy friend with you if you want to deal with the hostile siding guy, but his snotty, ragey phone call after I found issues with the installation were uncalled for. He also texted at 9:45PM in an angry tone. I 100% regret going with them, and if you want to walk on eggshells when you find issues and point them out, this is the place for you. Sabrina in the front office is amazing though, she's too good for the place. She didn't gaslight me or made me feel like an issue. However, after I posted it(they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.

After an interior updating in 2017 we were due for an exterior makeover on our home that's 26 years old. Further, when the old siding was removed we found one third of the house didn't have foam insulation and a vapor barrier in back of the siding. Half the siding crew stopped, got the needed materials, and did the job right. Wow! The icing on the cake? On November 10 we had a bad storm come through and we were concerned about hail/storm damage. I contacted Eldridge right away and Chris, our contact person at Eldridge, came out right away and went over the entire house and the house was fine with just a couple of minor dents in the gutters on the west side of the house. Insurance says roof is in great shape. I call insurance insurance says have your contractor contact us. I call Martin. Martin says we need letter you'll get from insurance. I send letter. Martin says we'll contact insurance via email and copy you. I never see this email. I call. They never return call. I text. They never return text. Kinda made me wonder about not being here when insurance did inspection. Maybe letting it go was not the right choice. I've been ghosted. I'd be very wary of dealing with these people.
