I have recently lost 150lbs in the last year and my old corsets don't fit anymore and I didn't know that corset resizing existed or that they did it here. She said it's approx $20 on a case by case basis depending on the boning, fabric, style, etc. I went with a guy and she gave him a quick lesson on lacing up a corset and making it comfortable to breathe in and not just synch to the smallest option. She also does custom dyeing for Gasparilla costumes, and they're beautiful. Will definitely be back soon for resizing and to play dress up! I haven't felt so snatched and put together in my life! What's funny is we were just at Goodwill so I saw a glass jar that was similar to one I found at Goodwill, it was $8 at Goodwill and $34 there. However, that was the only piece I found at Goodwill, whereas here there were so many beautiful pieces. You really can't compare the two, so I'll stop here, but I just wanted to make that clear. I've been into helping the environment recently, so I want to buy secondhand pieces when I can. We were looking for a vase. I ended up finding a gorgeous shell shaped vase. They actually had two, but one had a crack on one side, which is why it was discounted by $50. I decided to go for the non cracked one, which was $140. I think this is reasonable for the quality and it's a statement piece. I saw tons of other items that I loved. There was a standing desk for around $350 and a lot of benches and tables all in the couple of hundred dollar range. Again, not cheap, but definitely less expensive than they probably were when they were new. The guy working there was really nice and helpful. Parking was easy on both sides of the building. They pack this place full of such beautiful finds. I will definitely be back.

The two mid-century booths belong to a woman w/ IMPECCABLE taste & an eye for quality mid-century! (She also is in business as a Home Stager, if you're interested.) My good friend was able to purchase a gorgeous framed mid-century painting from her, as well as two framed paintings by a well-known artist. I walked out with matching & stunning black & gold mid-century glass lamps ($295 before a discount); a George's Briard 22K gold glass dish ($38-- to match a drinking glass set I already own); & a 1940's wooden movable pin ($40)-- definitely not common.
