Came in twice today! They moved locations in the mall to a much bigger location which was needed…read more They are right down from Dillards, next to Banana Republic on the upper level. The store gets pretty busy however they get the line moving for checkout fast. Our first visit, I had ordered the leggings online for in store pick up. Order ready within 45 minutes so we headed over. Since the line for the register was long, I found a staff member working the floor and they were able to get my order without me standing in line. I like shopping online for pickup as you can find sale items. Found two pairs for $89 each, saving $10! Second visit was because I needed to exchange the size I originally bought. Since my leggings were final sale, I called before heading over to the mall and the staff member said they could exchange them. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member asking if she could help. I told her what I was doing and looking for. She helped me find the correct size. This time I tried them on in the fitting room and the fit was soo much better. Everyone I had an interaction with that worked there was soo pleasant!! The new store is very spacious and has soo many options. Staff at the fitting room area help to keep the line flowing.
