I have been to The Pink Palm many times over the past couple of years and have always had a great experience. The store is clean, cute and the staff are helpful. I know I could go to the Lilly corporate store but I prefer to support a small woman- owned business- plus I'd miss out on my favorite part, which is perusing the sale rack (you don't get that year-round at the corporate store!) I'm not a huge Lilly fan, I like some of the prints, some of the styles, but back in the day (say when Burdines existed), they used to sell Lilly there and not for these prices. The clothes are made in China.... Still, she's as HOT as ever and I purchased a skirt and top set and am very happy with it. There were 2 younger girls and an older lady staffing the store, they helped my friend and I find and try things on - I had the skirt on the correct way, but the cut of it, when the older lady told me to turn it around (backwards), it fit better! So I now wear the skirt backwards and it really does lay better in front and back. How funny! Overall, the store is kept well, the ladies in the store were all friendly and for the most part, if you don't want them to help, they will just let you peruse and look around and do your own thing until you're ready for any assistance, they will assist! read more

Whether you love it or hate it, Lilly Pulitzer is the ideal Florida/resort/cruise wear garb. Bright and fun colors and whimsical patterns adorn her clothing lines. You can't be unhappy wearing Lilly Pulitzer, am I right? The Pink Palm is a great women's boutique located in an unassuming strip of stores off busy S. Dale Mabry. The store mostly stocks Lilly Pulitzer and it is the only Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store in the Tampa Bay area. Parking is available in front of the store and the store is situated next to a children's clothing store. Beyond Lilly Pulitzer, the store carries Jack Rodgers shoes as well as some other high end brand names like Trina Turk (and as I was told is being stocked soon-Nanette Lepore). There are also a variety accessories as well as jewelry crafted by a local jewelry maker "TS Savage" (I believe) available. The store is quite expansive and packed to the brim with clothing! On my most recent visit there was a friendly but not pushy sales associate and a huge amount of discounted LP merchandise. I learned that there is a huge end-of-summer sale so I hit it right. There are three dressing rooms which are decorated tastefully and colorfully with Lilly P. style wallpaper and cute pillows from her home decor line. I loved the selection and layout (which I liked better than the LP store in the mall). Get yourself some whimsical, colorful prints to brighten your days. I will return! read more

When I came in here, I felt like I was transported to Palm Beach. I was born and raised in South Florida and grew up on Lilly Pulitzer clothing. Like Lilly or not, it's the truth and I won't hide from it. A piece of me will always love the bright, whimsical prints Lilly makes. So I stopped into the Pink Palm. I've heard rave reviews of the place around the area and went in since they were having a sale. A pretty good sale, too, and apparently everyone else and their mom went as well. The store is FULL of clothes. It might be small, but don't let its size fool you. They've got tons of new arrivals in lots of different sizes and some other brands too. There is literally every design Lilly makes in this store. They are a boutique store, so keep this in mind when you're making purchases. They're not particularly fast all the time since they don't have a ton of people on hand. Still, it's a small store so it's forgivable -- I mean, can you really be upset with all the bright colors and happy prints around you? A word to the wise : the store is in a shopping plaza and there is not a lot of parking in its immediate area. Avoid coming here in the middle of the day as it's incredibly unlikely you'll be able to park anywhere. read more

I reached out to The Pink Palm for help searching for items during the APS. Sara E. was kind enough to search through my crazy long list before I later edited it down and responded to say she found a few items in my size (Darlah Dress & Dusk Top Clawdia L). She also found other products on my list, but they weren't in my size (Darlah Dress You're the Zest 14 & Katia Short Keep Palm 14). She also let me know the prices and that shipping would be $9. Although I ended up buying my items elsewhere, I so, so appreciate all of Sara's help and great customer service. This is a boutique that sells Lilly Pulitzer as well as a few other brands. There is parking both in front of and behind the store, I've never had an issue with parking here, even on sale days. The women who work here are usually quite helpful. I called and asked if they had an item in stock that was on sale, they allowed me to purchase it over the phone and pick it up later to avoid the craziness of the sale in person. At times their prices are different from the corporate store located at International Plaza, but they will price match. I was disappointed to see that it looks like they have stopped carrying or are ordering a smaller amount of the largest of sizes for the LP brand recently. Their sale rack is located in the back of the store and usually has a decent selection. They have two dressing rooms and two sitting chairs if you end up needing to wait for one to become available. They also accept LP gift cards, but need to call LP to verify the amount so that can add a little bit of time to your check out. read more

I love shopping here! The customer service and selection is better than the Lilly store at International Mall. During my last trip in I was looking for a specific Lilly dress to wear for my upcoming engagement , but it was an older style and I've had difficulty finding it in any of the stores. Other stores I've been to have just told me it was out of stock and that's it, but the staff at Pink Palm offered to help me find something similar after asking me what exactly I was looking for in a dress. They were able to find 3 other dresses that matched what I was looking for, and I happily purchased one for half the price of the dress I was had originally wanted. I am very excited to wear my dress in my photos this weekend! read more

BEST customer service I've received to date. I called on a Sunday (they were closed) and Dee answered the phone. I was looking for a bathing suit for my daughter all the way in Orlando. She helped me pick something out for her and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the item to me. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent there. read more

The Pink Palm is a beautifully decorated women and girl's boutique store that has the BEST customer service in Tampa! They have a large selection of Lilly Pulitzer clothing, shoes and accessories. They do carry a few other brands as well. The owner is super friendly, as well as the other staff. I love shopping local and buy my Lilly at this store because of the personalized service. I have texted the owner on numerous occasions to hold items for me, and she is always prompt on getting back to me and has found items for me that were not available in her store as well. I stopped into the Pink Palm today specifically to purchase two pair of Jack Rogers sandals. I was really disappointed when no one could be bothered to greet me or offered to help me with the shoes ( there was only one other customer in the store). So I left without the coveted sandals and have purchased them online. I will not be returning. read more
