I have been using Latido de Mexico to manage my condo in Playa del Carmen and it's rental for over 4 yrs. Monica and her staff are beyond awesome. They do everything, including paying our monthly utility bills, condo fees, advertising and renting and dealing with the needs of our renters, keeping the condo maintained and serviced, on and on.
I tend to be more hands on with our condo than some other owners may be. Monica is patient and always understands my concerns. She responds quickly by email and is always on top of things. She treats our condo like it belongs to her, keeping it in great shape. This is key in the tropics as the humidity and salt air treat things so differently. Her staff of handymen ( shout out to Bernardo) and staff ( shout to Inge who emails our monthly statements, and Sally, always a pleasure, and Hans who deals with the rental bookings) all the way to the housekeepers, all are great.
When you are an owner who lives in another country, you need people here in PLaya you can totally trust with your property. THAT is the definition of Latido de Mexico, trust and loyalty. I could tell you about the time our hot water heater sprang a big leak that flooded the condo, and how Monica relocated our renters and took care of everything.
