I did not have a dining room or anything like that. Living room couch TV console club chair. Bedroom queen, bed and mattress, dresser and two nightstands. Two counter chairs.... About 10 boxes 20 minutes apartment to apartment. Of course I complained and the general manager was very rude and told me I was supposed to watch the movers!! I didn't see that anywhere in the contract. I was busy moving my stuff into my car and driving it to my new place they would not take my stuff off of the truck until I paid... Do not use them. My aunt went in the hospital the next day and I told them to wait and see what is going to happen. She passed away and they said they mailed me back the check. This did not happen because I get all her mail forwarded. I again asked them for the money back and they said they would drive it to Tampa. I said that's not necessary just mail it. Then after asking them numerous times again they sent a certified letter to the vacant house. Again nobody there to sign for it. I told him I will write a bad review on the internet because he refuses to return the money. Here it is over a month later now he is telling me he is not giving me the money and he will contact his lawyer. When I told him I will report the fraudulent activity to the police he said go ahead its a civil matter. Apparently he does this on a regular basis and knows what he can get away with. He actually suggested I contact the department of agriculture and consumer service as well. They obviously know how to skirt the law. Filed fraud complaint with AMEX and the police and BBB. Horrible stealing from an 95 year old hospitalized lady.
