I needed to get fingerprints done, and I went here instead of the place my work recommended because it is closer to home, and I wanted to support them. It cost about $20 more here than the place I was originally recommended. However, my fingerprints were rejected for not being done properly. Even though I paid out of pocket, I thought it would be fine because getting my prints redone for a service I already paid for would be a simple matter. I was wrong. I went in and showed them the fingerprint rejection form, which specifically states that the print were done improperly, and requested that they take them again. They wanted to charge me the full price again for the prints to be redone. My only other option was to pay again to have them done somewhere else, which is what I'm going to have to do now. Please be aware that going here may be a waste of your time and money. read more

I had made an appointment to see Rosi to help file my taxes. I made an appointment the day prior to arriving between 10&11. I show up next day on time to prepare my taxes and to my surprise she isn't there and her front desk associate tells me she wont be available for another hour and a half. Im like ok thats fine ill have someone else help me. After waitinng half an hour, no body shows up to help me i decide to leave. Complete unprofessionalism from Rosi and her team. Find someone else that values the customer because its not here. Never coming back again. Just my two cents. read more

History

Established in 1990.

Our company was established in 1989 by Mr. Fernando L. Vigil (RIP), our former CEO, in the city of Pomona, California. We moved to our current location, 1299 Columbia Ave, in the city of Riverside, CA in 1990. We have been serving the immigrant community since then, especially the Hispanic community, assisting them in preparing their immigration forms and court paperwork as well as other related services. We also count with trained and registered Tax Professionals for the preparation of individual and business income tax returns, including electronic filing and related bank products. Our firm also serves as a Certifying Acceptance Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. We also offer bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses. Our company started as a sole proprietorship, and we became incorporated in the year 2000. After the sadly passing of founder Fernando L. Vigil in 2017, his daughter Monique Vigil was named CEO and has been in charge of all operations.

My father, Fernando L Vigil, whose picture is shown on my profile, was the founder and owner of Latino Service. I started working for him in May 1990, more than 30 years ago, and learned from him everything I know about this business. He was very passionate and enthusiastic and he helped a lot of people to legalize their immigration status in the United States as well as their families'. Many people still visit the office and ask about him, but unfortunately he left this world almost 3 years ago and since then I have been in charge of this business. I love what I do and the satisfaction of our clients is my priority. Latino Service is here to serve you with your immigration related needs, income tax issues, and more.
