The Agent Pat Williamson authored the letter and returned check. Again she took no blame for the error of rooms. In the letter she stated that it was my fault because the documentation she sent me stated I had a Garden view room not ocean front with a balcony. Well I'm not in the travel business so one could assume a garden view room could be a room with a balcony looking over a garden to the sea. And she was paid to ensure things were correct. Oh well learn my lesson.

It was a family vacation for the record books. We started in Carlsbad to enjoy the beach and the San Diego Zoo. Then we were off to The Happiest Place on Earth!! We decided last minute that we wanted to add Disneyland to our vacation and Brittany didn't hesitate. She sent us amazing hotel options within walking distance to the park. We decided on the Element. She had stayed there before with her family of 5 in a family suite and knew it would have plenty of room for us. They also have kitchens to make food prep for the park easier. That was a life saver!! Booking the hotel through her saved us money on parking at the hotel. That was a great little bonus!! She made our park reservations and made sure that every little detail was perfect for us. She sent us a packet loaded with info on the parks and fantastic tips to make our days even more magical!!! I would highly recommend using Brittany for any vacation you have in mind. To…read morestart the event we just went to was loosely planned and terrible organized in terms of travel coordination. We paid for a private transport and ended up on a shuttle with 5 people. Clearly if you have something in writing from the travel agent in another country it means nothing to them telling me she is not good for her word and she has no pull in the market. The wedding was fantastic but the lack of communication and responsiveness was downright shameful. How do you leave the country and have no coverage after take thousands of dollars from someone? I am very worried for anyone who would ever consider spending money with Quintess Travels. Use Expedia before giving a cut to a proprietor who has lost all connection with reality and does not make herself available. Other parties at the wedding shared the same views and sadly no reviews were up prior to serve as a warning to others hence why I'm here yelping today.
