Debi was wonderful to work with, quickly answering any questions we had, explaining anything we questioned, etc. We had paid all of our money, were busily packing as the trip began in three days. I went to the doctor that same day and my suspicions were confirmed. I had a blood clot and would not be able to go. Debi started the ball rolling, and completed most of my paperwork to use my travel insurance and get reimbursed. With her help it was VERY easy for me to submit everything and get my money back promptly. Of course I was disappointed that I could not go to Italy (but I had been there several times before). My niece went by herself and had a fantastic time. We plan on doing more European travel, and will use Debra Kasen as our one and only travel agent.

She used a data collection form to collect credit card and other personal information which is not encrypted. We were really disappointed with the little service provided for the money we paid. Planning the wedding out of the country was stressful enough without having to cover Tammy's unresponsiveness. Not sure how she recived such glowing reviews in the past. I would not recommend using Tammy Fisher Travel as your wedding planner.

We drove to the meeting location in a plaza where we were greeted and encouraged to use the restroom as the trip would be about 2 hours long. - we were able to get one jeep for a family of 4. -for children in car seats, they will require you to bring your own car seat to install onto the jeep. -you will drive about 30 mins to the Sonoran desert. -cruise and then photo opportunities once you get to the top. That takes about 45 mins and you'll be able to get out of the jeep to take pictures. Water is also provided as a courtesy. The kids had a great time.

The highlights were seen orchids and other wildlife up close, cruising past massive glaciers, and icebergs, and getting off the ship for expedition activities that made the experience feel immersive instead of touristy. The naturalist and the crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Alaska. One of the most memorable parts was the cold plunge, freezing, but absolutely worth it for the experience.

We spent over 30 days going almost daily to work out the details. We had the list of hotels, excursions we wanted already. This company "contractor" told us that if we "PRE-PAY" we would receive better prices. It turns out that not only did we not receive discounts but were charged more. Additionally, the itinerary that had been delayed and developed four times and finally delivered (we picked it up at the office) was completely wrong, including dates, etc. We went on the trip, it was a total disaster. We came back from the vacation, had a phone call with the VP of the west Don Johnston who told us we are sorry for the mistakes. I ended $4K out of pocket. Again, the Pro-Travel Pinnacle Peak office is "NOT" customer focused. It is by far the most unprofessional / inexperienced / travel agency. I never ever have written a review in my life. So take this as a warning, stay away from this company.

Everything went exactly as planned with a detailed "book" outlining each day, hotels, restaurants, all costs including gratuities. No surprises. Land portion, a week touring the ancient sites was fast paced as advertised but covered everything. Be prepared for 6:30 wake ups and full days, lots of walking. Our Globus tour guide had degrees in Ancient History and in Archaeology, studied in London and Cairo and really made the trip memorable and educational. The Mykonos and Santorini island week was just the hotel, high speed ferry (perfect way to go), and breakfasts so we could relax with an open schedule to do what we wanted. A morning trip to Delos, an island near Mykonos and the ancient trading post of the Mediterranean, is very worth while. We added extra days in Athens before and afterward to relax, take in the museums, and try some excellent restaurants. Don't miss the Chocolat Royal restaurant (found thru Open Table) with a rooftop view of the Acropolis bathed in lights. An extra bonus was a full moon rising that particular night! ProTravel went the extra mile to make this a once in a lifetime experience.
