On the first call they accused him of using bad gas and then said they would pick it back up. They never came. On the next three days he called, they said they would come every afternoon but showed up on none of them. After 5 days of not being able to mow our lawn someone finally showed up and oops, they had given us the wrong key. They brought our mower back, not repaired by the way, and charged us $85.
