Absolutely love this place. We have what most would see as a small zoo, and while we loved our…read moreprevious veterinarian office, and would still recommend them, we needed to find a vet that was reasonably priced, but also still had great vet care. Not only are their prices competitive, but the quality of care for our animals has been spectacular. VETS: We highly recommend Dr. Josh and Dr. Totten. Dr. Josh is very thorough in explaining things, and was patient enough to answer the bazillion questions I had when bringing our animals in. Dr. Totten...oh, where do I even start with her. Her heart is huge. You can really tell she has a strong love for all animals, and compassion for the owners as well. I feel like I could just talk to her for hours. Love, love, love her. We've had several emergencies during and after normal business hours, and have always trusted our animals in their care. Vet Techs: The vet techs are phenomenal as well. Jeanette, who is not longer there (moved come back!!!), was by far my favorite. Our animals were treated as if they were her own. We've always been updated in a timely manner on how our animals were doing after procedures/surgeries. Christi is another phenomenal tech. She too treats animals as if they're her own. Cat Boarding: We had to board one of our cats that had just had surgery the week prior. We've always had a pet sitter that came to the house, so I was a wreck when dropping Doof off. I apologize to all of you who had to see me ugly cry when dropping our Doofy Doof (Mr. Fluffermuffins) off for boarding. While we were gone, I got regular updates on how he was doing. Christi (Vet Tech mentioned above) went above and beyond for our Doof. He had to have his E-collar on because of his stitches, and he really didn't like eating while wearing it. Christi would stop through and hand feed him throughout the day so he didn't starve to death. We look forward to seeing their new clinic opening soon!

Overall pet care was solid. My dog was checked in, evaluated and the out patient treatment and…read morecheck out was thorough, with post care instructions that were very well explained. Outside of that this place was a phone tag nightmare. So I arrived around 640a, check-in was smooth at absolutely NO point was I told that I had to stay in the lot, which is an easy miscommunication. My phone apparently has been blocking restricted phone numbers and so I got several missed numbers that did not allow me to pick up and I called back. Every time I called (which was a minimum of 5 times) the phone would either reroute my call to the front desk as a new call instead of a call on hold OR the phone system would send me to a voice-mail box. Finally at around 915a I get a call from someone confirming my pet, and then asking about my car and whereabouts, when I answer truthfully I get rudely informed that this particular person has tried calling me multiple times (nearly an hour passed from the last time I talked to someone and this phone call- no calls, not even restricted ones) and that I was required to stay in the parking lot and wait. After this stern talking to I told this person I was never told to stay and that I would arrive promptly. I finally get my dog, and I never did meet the person who basically decided to talk to me like a child. So hey Julie: the next time you decide to call from your personal cell phone number, watch your tone and maybe talk to the other staff that I was in continual conversation with. You may not get a calm straight forward response from a different patron like you did with me. I still recommend this place. Looks pretty clean from the outside, and I love that it's right next to 295.
