Dr Laudicino, Debbie & entire staff are amazing. He is extremely thorough with his blood work. Takes his time explaining everything to you.

I've been to many doctors on Staten Island, and finding a truly dedicated, caring physician isn't easy. Dr. Laudicino is one of the rare ones. He takes the time to get to know his patients on a personal level and genuinely listens. He goes beyond basic checkups -- his bloodwork evaluations are the most thorough I've ever experienced, and he looks at the whole picture, not just the minimum. Because of his attention to detail, he discovered things other doctors completely overlooked. He even helped clarify an issue with my mother's medication by running the proper tests that no one else bothered to check. His approach is careful, thoughtful, and truly patient-centered. He's understanding, compassionate, and clearly devoted to his profession. I've never felt rushed or dismissed -- he explains everything clearly and makes sure his patients understand their options. Without a doubt, he is the best doctor I've ever been with. I recommend him wholeheartedly. read more

this has to be the worst experience I ever encountered From a doctors office .My husband went to him referred by his mother. He ordered 45 blood tests never even said how many tests he ordered sent us downstairs to a lab in his office, we have insurance and assumed everything was covered. A lab bill came for $850. He never called my husband about any of the blood work I think this guy is a horrible doctor I think that he is in cahoots with the lab downstairs to make money very disappointing in this doctors office never called my husband about any results. The doctors in Dr Laudicino's group have always been professional and extremely attentive, and on their own merits deserve a 5/5 rating, HOWEVER they only get 1 star in my opinion because the office staff are among the most nasty and incompetent bunch which I have ever experienced in the NY Metro area. They hinge on dangerous and are downright nasty with the patients. They constantly overbook and don't want to hear it if anyone complains after sitting in the office for 1.5-2hrs! They screw up insurance repeatedly and rarely return phone calls when your inquiring about test results. I find it difficult that the dr's here are unaware of the staff. I had been with another doctor who just keeps buying practices up and lets PA's run the show in each of his offices, and had to scream and fight for someone to give me a flu test because something was wrong, but they denied me because i didnt have a fever but hey she gave me papers for bloodwork that would make a huge difference im sure. Anyway, ended up with flu and pneumonia after leaving that practice and going to an urgent care. Whats my point? I hated primary care doctors and stopped seeing them for a few years after that. My mother used to see Dr. L a long way back and told me he started doing Primary Care medicine instead of OB. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER WITH MY DECISION TO GO SEE HIM. I go once a month and never waited for more than 20 minutes, one time. I usually sit down and get called in as soon as my butt hits the chair. My entire extended family has switched practices and we all agree, he actually cares. And if he doesn't actually care, he sure makes it seem like he does! read more
