It's in the shopping plaza on Garners Ferry... across from the VA Hospital. It has all your basic party supply needs. They do have an excellent selection of cake toppers for birthday parties and lots of cake pans. They also have a variety of plates, napkins and balloons. They also have cards and some decorations. The prices seem reasonable and they had some sales going on too. There were two ladies working there when I stopped by. They greeted me at the door and offered assistance but I was just wandering through. They left me to my browsing and wished me a good day and told me thank you on my way out. I would definitely stop by here again.

I stood in the store for about 5 minutes waiting for someone, anyone to even acknowledge me...but they didn't. I needed to purchase cake boxes and you need assistance to do so, but they ignored me as if I wasn't even there. I started to say excuse me, but I realized that in no way should I ever have to beg anyone to acknowledge my presence so I can spend my money with them. I am personally hurt and I will definitely let the other cake decorators in the area know about this experience. I must say that I am totally surprised. I won't be back!
