Two of my automobiles were damaged at this location -initially Josh the manager was cordial and filled an incident report. Upon NOT hearing from the cooperate offices I returned to the business, spoke again with Josh, explaining that I wanted to speak to his immediate supervisor. He handed me a business card with Morgan Young's (area director) information. Upon looking at the card I noticed no business number was listed on it so I once again told Josh that I wanted to actually speak with Ms Young. He literally snatched the card out of my hand and stormed off behind the building. A few minutes later he reappeared with a threatening and hostile attitude, cursed me and then threatened to call "the FN cops for trespassing" and again once more grabbed the business card that he had handed back to me, back from my hands and threw it on the ground. I told him to keep on acting that way as I was voice recording the entire situation along with the business cameras filming his hostility and actions (throwing his hands up in the air) as this entire conversation was held there at the beginning of the wash where there is a camera. I emailed Ms Young and to this day I have yet to hear anything back from her regarding this horrible experience. I was a loyal monthly member of White Water Express until today, as I've closed all 3 accounts. If you utilize this car wash BEWARE ... look for damages (I believe from the tire cleaner brushes) as that's where the damages on both of my cars is presenting- (lower sides) read more

I was very disappointed with this car wash. I paid $15 and the front and back of my car were still dirty and it even missed some spots on the side. I was in the area and so gave this car wash a try. Never again. read more

I was a member for years and went in recently and when my car came out, my windshield had a crack that spanned the entire length of the windshield. They "denied" my claim and aren't going to do anything to help. It is simply unbelievable. Stay away from this business that has no integrity. read more

Got in fast, got out faster since the system skipped rinsing my car! I heard a large buzzer sound the car stopped on the track. A few seconds later the track began with soap suds covering the windows. No rinse! The next apparatus blow dried the soap leaving dried soap streaks on the vehicle. Nobody came to the exit. I didn't have time to go back and explain the situation (hence the express). All this to say, I'm not impressed. There are a lot of carwash choices in town. The decision on which carwash facility to use has become a little easier after this experience. Oh, and another thing, I had to push "no thanks" three times to get through unnecessary upgrades. This is my favorite drive-thru car wash in town. I really appreciate the mirror that assists in lining up your tire with the tracks. Any other place leaves you awkwardly guessing while the attendant points right and left as you try to line up with the track. The only downfall of this car wash is the drying portion of the line. My car is never fully dried, or even dried more than 65%. If I choose a wash that uses the giant roll drying brush at the end, it just seems to smear water all over my windshield. This is my go-to 90% of the time! read more

My car is my mobile office and eating establishment. With my toddler in the back, I easily have a mess of crumbs, empty beverage containers and juice boxes littered through my car. Also it's black and show's dirt extremely well. Your typical drive through car wash place, maybe a bit pricier. However, they have a mat cleaning machine that is totally worth the extra $5. Also they have a very reasonable monthly unlimited plan. read more

Extremely disappointed with this place, the Broken Arrow location, and Director of Marketing, Sabrina Corbin. On September 2nd, I was starting my day as I normally do. I had picked up breakfast and went to the car wash on 71st to clean up the car. Everything was going great until I reached the overhead dryer. It came down as normal, but then BANGED onto the front of my hood. It then lifted up on the driver side and banged and dragged down the passenger side. As a result, I have several scratches and two dents on my hood and fender. Chris, the manager, said to get an estimate and he would take care of it. Well, long story short, he didn't. Even after seeing my dash cam footage of the incident, they are claiming it was "pre-existing". So, the long and short of it is if your car gets damaged, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO FIX IT!!! They know it's too expensive to get a lawyer to sue them, so they're not worried about you doing anything after they deny your claim. read more

This is my favorite car wash in Tulsa! I have the monthly pass on both of my cars. All the employees are friendly, courteous and professional, especially Catherine or "Cat." She always has a big smile on her face and helpful to answer any questions that we may have. I really appreciate them! The "free" towel each time and vacuums are great! I get lots of compliments from friends and family on how nice my cars look and I always tell them about Legends at 87th and Memorial. I even have had compliments from people at the gas station or in a mall/grocery store parking lot about how clean and sharp my cars look. Thank you! I live in Tulsa not San Francisco. So I took my big black Jeep on 35's in. I asked two attendees twice if my type of car would be OK. They assured me over and over that it was fine this car wash can do jeeps as well. Well as I found out that is absolutely not true the hood of my jeep is covered in streaks and soap my windshield had two little bug splatters and it still there. I love this car wash! It is a bit pricier, but it does the job! Unlike other drive thru car washes that just "spurt" out the soap, this car wash provides a good soaping and wash. It does not scratch your car either! Love the vacuum and how you can easily vacuum each side of the car. read more

A great car wash, but I just went by at 9:03 and the entrances was blocked off. It supposed to open at 8.

They have been trying to get their machine to work correctly for the past 4 months. It still does not work correctly and it seems like every time they get it to work correctly the next time it's not working right again. I don't know who's in charge of their maintenance, but at this point I would have fired that person because I'm taking mine and my wife's business somewhere else. My rear windshield wiper was torn off during the wash. It wasn't taped properly. The general manager refused to pay for a new one ($51). He said that the wiper had pre-existing damage. The wiper was fully functional the day of the wash, as it was used to clean my rear window. When speaking to service at Honda, they told me that a car wash with brushes would do this. The general manager also told me that he gets "an inordinate" amount of claims, but that he sympathizes with me. Perhaps the system should be re-evaluated if so many cars are being damaged? Beware- a chance of damage and they won't pay for it. read more
