They have four sizes of washing machines which helps us save money by consolidating loads. You can pay using coins or download the app and pay by credit card through your phone. The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

A pharmacy is also located there as well as asian restaurant, so it pretty much marked off anything one needs while waiting for their clothes to get clean! When you walk in the washers are pretty much to the left and the dryers to the right, so very easy to navigate. What I appreciated is that the washers came in 4 different load sizes to choose from, and you could choose between credit or quarters- so helpful to have that option! The dryers came in several different sizes as well, but only took coins. They do have a change machine onsite. It was a busy place, and all machines were operational and it was very clean. They even had a nice sitting area in the back. I would recommend this place for checking all our boxes!

Typically, in this situation I would do my laundry on my own at a nearby laundromat, but the ones in my area are unkept and the machines don't work well. I also have a busy week ahead of me and didn't want to spend hours washing and folding my own clothes. I searched Yelp for nearby wash n' folds and I found Top Notch Laundry. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Upon entering, I noticed the signage they had everywhere for COVID precautionary measures. The folks who work there greeted me and helped me immediately. I let them know it was my first time and they were very kind and informative. I had about 4 big loads of laundry that came out to around $40 ($1 per lb.) which isn't too bad IMO. They're even careful enough to ask if you have preference/allergies to certain detergents. (NOTE: laundry must be sorted & all clothes must be right-side out upon drop off) My laundry was ready for pickup in around 3-4 hours. Everything was washed, folded, and even sorted (by size and clothing type). All I had to do was put it away when I got home. Saved me so much time! Love this place & their service. Will definitely be returning soon!

Otherwise the person who works there just says she doesn't know how to work the cameras. The cleaning lady is Priscilla, and she's more helpful, but she can't actually check the cameras because she doesn't have access to them. So she had me write down my name and number along with what was stolen, and she put it in the office for the manager to see. She said he would call me, but no one ever did. I waited an entire month. Then Priscilla's husband said the pictures were most likely gone by the time I came back. Comforter was stolen on 12/15/19 around 1:37pm from the second dryer on the left at the top. I know how to clear pictures up and have been successful with that in the past. That's how I find out where my father was when he died, but they never bothered to give me the pictures.
