My first laundromat in +20 years. I'm new with cash card, manager immediately came up & guided me thru it. While waiting, I noticed they have wifi, I asked manager & he gladly gave me the p/w! I won't do laundry anywhere else. This place is clean well air conditioned, plenty of washers carts and dryers and has friendly and helpful staff. You get 50 cents for every 5 you spend and they have 2 load washer to 6 load washers and 2 different sized dryers. read more

First time in a laundromat in 10 years. This business is very easy to find with plenty of parking. We entered and were looking for the commercial sized washing machines when a gentleman, the manager or owner, stepped up to assist us. He explained how to insert funds into the washer and the dryers and how to operate. He was extremely helpful. The place is super clean. We will definitely come back when we need a commercial sized machine in the future. read more

Very clean and well priced laundromat. They use a card system instead of quarters. There are different machine capacities to choose from. The front loading machines take 20 minutes. If you stuff the dryer full it takes 30 minutes ($.75). They have televisions, arcade games and good Wi-Fi if you don't feel like watching your clothes get cleaned. The guy that works there is friendly or cordial. He is always walking around like a giant talking Roomba, keeping the place clean and orderly. Since coming here I lose a lot less socks than I used to. read more

Going to a public laundromat can be so depressing I take good care of my clothing and linens When I see some of the gross stuff go into a washing machine all i can do is walk away and hope the ones I pick aren't like that Right! But, after an extended stay at Motel 6, the maids recommended Launderland And what a good recommendation it was!! When looking for a new place to live, I badly wanted a condo with washer and dryer, but I had to accept that was not to be I don't exactly look forward to going to do laundry, but when I go to Launderland, I am in a good mood as I look forward to seeing Arthero or Arthero Yup, they both have the same name!And, work ethic They are always wiping the machines, sweeping/mopping, cleaning out the lint trays, picking up trash others leave behind, etc And, the bathroom is also spotless I highly recommend this establishment despite the fact I live clear across town And, you will also meet a couple nice guys as well read more

One great feature of this place is that it doesn't use quarters. You put bills into a machine and it loads $$ onto a plastic card. The card works on the washers, dryers AND the food and drink machines. AND you get a $2 bonus for every $20 you put in. It's clean and the A/C works very well. read more

What a great place to do your laundry! I have not been to a laundromat in a few months and had to wash microfiber towels (like a lot of them...) in their big commercial machines. I was very pleasantly surprised at several things: 1) no quarters needed - use your cash or debit card to load the card they provide. 2) Attendant present - nice to get help and a smile! He was so helpful for this newbie to this laundromat and the card system. 3) Clean - the attendant was constantly cleaning/sweeping/mopping and emptying the lint traps (which saves me time on the dry cycle) 4) Nice customers! The couple with the young girl who offered me their "backup" card for nothing! How nice to see a smile and the extending of community :) Everyone seemed to respect each other and share well. (sounds funny but I have almost fought for the carts in other places) 5) Well lit parking area - next to the Raley's supermarket. Felt safe and I could run to the store if needed. I will be back and giving it 5 stars - Reno needs more like this! I have been to some dirty, broken down mats in the recent past - nice to have a new "home" for this task. read more

Came on a Sunday morning. Not enough baskets, for everyone no big deal but the guy who works there is a chain smoker and it his smoking filtrates right inside so unfortunately I can't become a loyal costumer otherwise pretty clean and they need to turn up the tv! read more

Launder land is over priced, lacks seating and has no air conditioning so it is hot as hell in the summer.

Unfortunately I had to wage warfare on bed bugs which required laundering any and everything in our home. For a family of 5 that's a ton of laundry and linen. On 3 occasions we invaded Launderland and basically took over every machine and dryer. The facility was exactly what we needed. The sliding price scale kind of sucks but if you go during the mid-week it's cheaper by a few bucks. All in all we probably spend around $350 there. The attendants never gave us a hard time for the amount of laundry we brought in. The place was kept clean and the pay cards beat the hell out of using a ton of quarters. read more

I really dislike going to laundromats, but this one actually makes me not dread the task so much. There is always an employee present to answer questions, and the card system is much more preferable than using quarters. Also there are plenty of options available for sizes of loads, and the machines show a countdown on time left, which is great. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good laundromat. read more

Been going here for a few years even though its out of my way but now will never return. I asked that a dude chain smoking move from right outside the wide open front door so the whole place didn't stink; the attendant/owner said "sorry I can't do anything" like it didn't obviously bother several people washing their clothes. He smokes too by the way, often right outside a wide open door but today I finally asked that it stop. Now I have to go to a different landromat because my freshly washed clothes all smell like cigarettes. It's discourteous and rude to paying customers. Don't go here if you don't want your clothes smelling awful. read more

Have had to start using a laundromat the past 5 months since moving to Reno. I have tried several of them but drove by his place and thought "Why not give it a try?" Sooooo glad I did. I absolutely love it Super clean facility...almost all of their machines working...they give you $.50 for every $5 you spend...the staff is incredibly friendly...has wifi...and my son loves the arcade games! Staying in town for vacation and needed to do laundry. Checked Yelp reviews first and went with the positive reviews. This laundromat was clean and not too busy on a weekday morning. 4 sizes of washers to choose from and two sizes of dryers. Wash and dry times were efficient. Pinball and video games to keep the kids entertained. Would definitely recommend this location. read more

Great laundry place in Reno! Not too full and great machines. Prices are good too. Not many comfortable places to sit down but you don't spend much time there as its not crowded and easy to find empty machines. read more

Im a regular here, love the place. Ive been coming here for years, and actually moved to the other side of town but I'm still loyal here. Workers here are super nice, especially Aubury!! You can watch tv and do laundry and the restroom is kept cleaned too. You can use your laundry card on the vending machines here. read more

I went in and already had my clothes and detergent in machines; otherwise wouldn't have bought the cash card. Does anyone know if you can use it at other laundromats? Very inconvenient. Wouldn't return there if the rude employee is there. Won't add anymore cash to the corporate cash card. I will pay with quarters, thank you very much. read more
