Laundry Matters has been a life saver! For a per-pound price, they pick up all my laundry (they provide the laundry bags) and return it, impeccably washed and folded/hung, the next day. They even text me with a pickup/drop off time window that is remarkably accurate. Their customer service is excellent. They have been totally responsive to every request. I couldn't be happier! I may wait a while before stressing about shopping for a new washer....

The cashless system is a huge plus--you pay through an app, preload funds, and can see machine availability and status in real time. You can pay with cash though by entering quarters. Pricing seemed reasonable (though I'm not super familiar with laundromat pricing). I didn't see an employee on site, but the space felt safe and well-run. I may just start using this place for expeditionary purposes instead babysitting my laundry at home. Less than two hours and I'm done with plenty of space to fold my clothes. The app did say some machines (they're numbered both by model and machine) were available but they actually weren't working. I just moved on to another.

With plenty of very affordable and powerful washing machines and dryers, this clean, air-conditioned establishment will now become my regular when doing my laundry. Often empty (whenever I visit it, during the weekdays), this is the perfect quiet space to unwind, read a book or check upon your e-mails while your loads spin and dry! I especially appreciated how their bathroom was clean and the carts - used for wheeling around large loads - were all operational! It's surely a gem within the community for the locals that patronize it. I surely recommend doing your laundry here versus "that other dirty laundromat" located just a block away, I won't name any names. I would have given this place 5-stars, except there was absolutely no employee(s) at ALL on-site, in case actual customer service/help was needed.
