It also gives me a place to relax and find some solitude while the machines run. The laundromat is always spotless and well maintained, with a quiet, comfortable, clean atmosphere that makes it easy to relax or read while waiting. It looks like they recently renovated the entire place, from new paint and seating, to new machines. Pricing is fair, especially when you factor in the cost of electricity, water, wear & tear and maintenance at home. The washers and dryers are fast, large-capacity, and accept credit cards. The manager is friendly, helpful and usually on-site, which makes a big difference. Excellent customer service (which is rare these days). You can tell they genuinely care about the space and their customers. Easily one of the best laundromats in the area -- highly recommend.

The machines are newer, and they have a *gasp* actual human present should anything go awry. The last time I used a laundromat when traveling the washing machine wouldn't open to let me get my clothes. There wasn't anyone on premises, and the phone number posted was worthless. I was told I would have to wait hours before a technician could get there. Trust me, if you're traveling, and need to wash some clothes, you couldn't find a better place. I don't use a laundromat at home, but if I lived here and needed to do laundry this place would absolutely be my choice.

The owners are loud and rude, swearing and screaming at each other infront of their customers, the bathroom is never maintained AND the part that really rubs me wrong... when they are doing laundry for customers, they use the cheaper dryers, so the customers have to use the more expensive ones. If I get a cheaper dryer and I dont move my clothes in time, they take them out for me! Maybe it bugs me more than others, but I dont like people touching my laundry, especially when they have been touching many others DIRTY laundry.
