I've been taking my clothes here for a little while and they've always done a great job. The…read morepeople are always so nice too. When I recently picked up some clothes there was a small paper bag stapled to the bag over the clothes. Inside the paper bag was some cash that I had left in the pocket of a jacket. Nice to deal with honest people who are always friendly and they do a great job.

The reason being they don't and will not give the customer a drop off receipt proving the item you left. I asked about it and was told they don't give drop off receipts. What if I had dropped off an expensive item and they had lost it, I would've had proof of ever leaving the item at their business. I've never seen a cleaners not give out a receipt when dropping off an item with the itemized items and for that reason I can't see ever using them again.

I brought my own detergent.. they do have a dry cleaning adjacent where you can purchase fabric softener and detergent if need be. The machines didn't smell and that's a big deal for me. A little pricier than I'm accustomed to paying, but I haven't used a laundromat in years, so I have to account for that. The interior is very clean, and an attendant made rounds all evening, taking out trash and cleaning surfaces and appliances. The washers we used come in two sizes, currently priced at $2 and $6 for 25 minutes. I didn't pay attention to what my husband paid for the dryers but it was somewhat cheaper considering the size and intense heat. Two things: The sign on the tellie stating we always appreciate five star reviews on Google/Yelp... Have an issue, let it's fix it. Negative reviews don't let us fix it. --This weirds me out because business owners have searched for me in the past because of reviews. I appreciate the drive to fix issues, but this just doesn't make me comfortable. Also (this is not the laundromat's fault), there are some WEIRD people here: one car was backed into a space where two people sat and appeared to be drinking as if they were at home. Another man had his nasty bare feet propped out the driver's side window of his car. --I get that waiting is boring but for the love of everything good in this world, put on some shoes and lay down the booze. It never filled up I had to take my clothes out, put it in the other one she came and brought me the money back for the first wash dropped it on the floor didn't say sorry or nothing. I picked it up. Definitely don't recommend going here with the employee having a bad attitude. Came once before one of the dryers wasn't working four dollars in there and she said it was I definitely didn't over stuff the dryer.
