Cristina, the owner is so friendly, she always has a smile on her face. They treat their customers so well and very professionally. Their prices are really good compared to other dry cleaners in the area. The location is perfect, it's a one stop shop place. Forget the washing machine: upfront and installation costs and as well as the consistent water and electricity bills. Then you have to wait for the clothes to dry. Express washing and drying at its best. Arrive, be greeted by a pleasant person (the owner is lovely) pay him cash, and come back when you say you will come back to picked up your washed clothes. Even if its an hour later, that's fine. Get on with your life, no waiting for your clothes to be washed and dried at coin operated laundries that charge a similar price. This establishment is awesome.

The owner told me she will send it to the man who usually cleans leather items as she didn't want to damage my skirt. She also asked me if there was a matching top to this skirt and I said yes. She also sent that to the man who was supposed to clean both items of clothing. Altogether, the two items of clothing are valued at $450. A few weeks later, the owner told me that the man who was cleaning my leather clothes, his place got burnt down by a fire and they weren't able to retrieve my clothes. She said to me vocally how lucky she was because it was only 2 customers who lost their clothing. I said to her, was I also a lucky one? (obviously sarcasitcally). After a WHOLE YEAR, they never paid me back for the clothes that they Iost. She said the man that was cleaning my leather clothes, he is waiting for the 'insurance'. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME, NEVER PAID ME ANYTHING FOR LOSING MY CLOTHES. I do believe they sold my leather clothes and made money for themselves.
