Forget the washing machine: upfront and installation costs and as well as the consistent water and electricity bills. Then you have to wait for the clothes to dry. Express washing and drying at its best. Arrive, be greeted by a pleasant person (the owner is lovely) pay him cash, and come back when you say you will come back to picked up your washed clothes. Even if its an hour later, that's fine. Get on with your life, no waiting for your clothes to be washed and dried at coin operated laundries that charge a similar price. And have I mentioned that the dry cleaning is some of the cheapest (although it is cash only) in Sydney? I recently had three items cleaned for $20 with a two business day turn around, and they've gotten out stains that I thought were for sure a new part of my wardrobe. The guy who runs the shop is really nice and always honest about his expectations for stain removal. Cross dry cleaning problems off your list, because we've got this sorted. (Also laundry, but I can't vouch for that because my washing machine hasn't broken yet (knock on wood))
