The laundry machines aren't overly different from the other laundromats I've been to; the main differences were that this one was cleaner and more smoothly operated and that it cost more. The three laundry hampers I had cost around $20 to get cleaned and marginally dried, and one has to use their laundry cards to pay. It was a reasonably efficient process, and the water fountains and bathrooms were luxuries I've found absent at other laundry places. The automatic door is a big plus when you're hauling something. I couldn't find the wifi password and so didn't bother. I'd prefer not to be traveling for my laundry, and I suspect that's true of most people here, but for me it just makes the most sense and this was a passable way of fulfilling my need.

It is nice that this place offers free WiFi to its customers, and there are no "out of order signs." They do have a flyer up that has a phone number if you experience a malfunction, which is good. But, if actually maintained, the price would be understandable. Yet, this place is filthy. There are dust bunnies, fabric softner sheets, and trash everywhere. Two washers were leaking water and the dispensers have NEVER been cleaned out. People not using the washers kept entering and using the bathroom. The pristine photos representing this laundromat are clearly by the owners and not a true objective reflection of this establishment. I came here because of their website and the uploaded photos on Yelp because it "appeared" clean. I feel duped. I gave this review one star because it is close to my house, but this pace deserves zero stars. Although, the washers I used actually worked, my clothing after being washed wasn't up to my standards. Two items had mild stains on them and didn't come out in the wash, so I will go home and handwash them rather than run them through another pointless cycle. I seperate my laundry and wash clothing on appropriate cycles, so the stains coming out have nothing to do with my laundry skills. Looking at how dirty the dispensers are and the rust within and around the Dexter commercial washers, the inefficiency is attributed to its lack of maintenance. If I ever need to use a laundromat again, I will look elsewhere.
