About a month and a half ago it was still closed at that time. I came back several times between 7am and 12pm, and it wasn't open until 12:30pm that time. Now, the last two Fridays in a row it was still closed at 6:50am. As a result, I had to take an extended lunch and lose pay. Fridays at 6:50am, before I go to work, is the only time I can do my laundry, so I need to know whether hours have changed and whether the location is going to be open going forward, because this is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

It's usually very quick, within two hours of dropping it off, I am able to pick up clean, nicely folded clothes. It is a great time saver and this is definitely one of the cheapest services in comparison to other laundromats in the area. I never received a call back, explanation, or apology. That alone should have been enough for me not to return, but I decided to give them another opportunity. This time I brought in a black men's suit that needed to be cleaned before we left the state for a funeral the next day. I specifically explained the situation and was told it would definitely be ready by 4 PM, which was also stated on my ticket (see photo). When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready and they hadn't even cleaned it yet. After explaining again that we were leaving for a funeral, I asked for the suit back. It took quite a while for them to bring it out. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism. There was no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience--both this time and the previous time when they lost my dress. Customer service matters, especially when people trust you with valuable clothing and time-sensitive situations.
