A bit drab inside, but it's not like you're going there to meet people. Opens at 8, closes when the last load is taken out of the dryers (sign says that last load in the washer has to be by 8:30 PM). Magazines lay around for you to browse through if you didn't bring anything with you to occupy your time. Convenience store right next door if you feel the need to get a drink, something to snack on or a newspaper. I've been here at different times on different days of the week and although there are not very many washers/dryers located in the building, there is never a crowd. I frequented the laundromat in Edgewood Town Center for a while but that got old because it was always crowded. Prices for the washers are the same as the one located in the center. $2 to wash, $.25 for six minutes in the dryer. Go in during a time that no one is there, and you can be out of there within a hour if you start all your laundry at the same time. Very convenient and kind of nice when not many people frequent the place.

She voiced repeatedly that the ticket is titled hemming, which I immediately disagreed with. She condescendingly stated that she took measurements and everything to hem the pants, which I disagreed with yet again. I even pleaded for her to look at the camera footage to see that I pointed to my zipper to have fixed that's it. Instead of apologizing for altering my clothes without my permission...she proceeded to talk over me, minimize my complaint, and insist I pay an additional fee for the exact service I want. I refused and asked to speak to a manager/ owner. She informed me that Joe is the owner and will give me a call the next business day which never happened. Forward to today, 8/21/26, I arrived at 12:40p to speak to someone about my pants. Again, I was forced to speak with Kim, who begrudgingly announced that Joe isn't there and will not be there till Monday. Also, failed to inform me by phone any day this week that Joe wanted to speak to me in person to resolve the issue. I inquired why I wasn't called. She talked over me yet again and stated I would still have to pay to get my zipper fixed in addition to the hemming service. Again, I stated that I did not ask for a hem and why am I not being compensated for a service I did not ask for? She brought out this male, who claims to be a manager. He refused to give me his name. I'll provide a description instead. He appears 5'6 "/ 5'7 ". Blue/greenish eyes, blonde/ brown beard. Black wedding band. Black baseball cap He is as rude, apathetic, and egregious as Kim. He refused to listen to anything I had to say. Talked over me. Insisted I pay another $20 for the initial service I inquired about. Basically labelled me as a liar because the women working the front desk don't make mistakes. Because I tried to reason with me plead that the hem be undone. He mentioned a policy that the jeans need to fit before they can undo or complete a service. I asked to see the policy. He declined to provide it. He called me unreasonable and complicated and asked me to leave. I refused. I asked him to look at the camera footage to see the exact gestures I made pointing to the zipper I wanted fixed. He refused and said we don't have audio. At this point I'm enraged. Voice trembling. Appalled at the service I received. I stated that the way I'm being treated is unfair and racist. I will be taking legal action. I strongly implore anyone of color to think long and hard before receiving services from them!
