I was so excited when this laundromat opened because it's a closer drive than other places where I live. This laundromat is always clean and the staff is friendly -- they're always cleaning something. Their machines are a little pricier than other laundromats in the area, but that's a price I'm willing to pay because the machines always work! The hot water cycle is always hot and the dryers keep a consistent temperature (the clothes dry faster), which means I end up spending less money in the long run. I do agree with others that mentioned there aren't enough of the smallest capacity washers but they're only working with so much space -- I personally try to go during non-peak hours. One of the best parts about this place is there's now a dollar store a few doors down so I can inexpensively buy supplies I forgot at home. The only thing that could make this laundromat better is if they were open 24-hours -- it would be nice to be able to start the wash on my clothes, then go to 24-hour gym (in the same plaza) while the cycle is going. It's so clean! This is a new location and it's closer to me than the other one. I like the layout much better here. They don't have chairs and people directly behind me when I'm trying to load the washers and there's more seating than the other ones. The only part I don't like is the main entrance doors. The machines are expensive but I guess it's worth it. The place is as clean as it should be. There's only one attendant and she can only do so much. It smells fresh in there, the A/C is at a decent temp and there are ceiling fans to keep the place cool. The machines are clean and I didn't see any mold anywhere. The are many machines of all sizes. i complained about my comforter not drying after 30 minutes. The attendant gave me a larger dryer on credit without acting as if I was stealing from them. No hassle at all. my only drawback was that the 25fl. Oz of tide was $8.00 to expensive for my pockets. But overall the cleaning lady was busy from the time I walked in until the two hours later when I left. I was very pleased and happy I choose this beautiful place. read more

This is my 7th round of laundry here of wash and fold and no problems at all. I only send my regular wash and low temp dry, I do delicates myself after a bad experience with another service. But there guys are doing wonderfully even being just opened and working out the bugs. Did my delicate there once and everything was good. Dryers are pricey but I hope once they get settled in they'll realize that. I'll review again in the future. Has the business changed hands? Things are not quite the same anymore. I separate my things from regular wash and cold/low temp dry and somehow my T-shirt's and socks from the low temp labeled bags are getting shrunk and ruined. What's going on? read more

I have recently moved and just happen to have been driving by on the way back to my old home town and saw this laundry. It had a huge sign that said half price on all washers. So as I came in, I liked the cleanliness, the welcoming employee's. Who speak English and Spanish. The machines are in great conditions. Guess I just wish there was free WiFi. So half price for the large washer is 1.89 and the smaller one 1.15. It's a great price. Wish they could keep the price low like this. if this is the reason there is no WiFi I can use my data for a laundry while. read more

I started using them recently, I loved how clean it was. They had the 1/2 off dryers special and figured I would stay even if they went full price. The promo was 1.89 for the big washer assuming the full price would make it 3.78 , booooooy was I wrong! 5.00 for washing machines, so I guess that was false advertising! That 1.00 small washer promotion you have now won't keep the customers, because you don't have too many of the small ones. I've seen people turn back because of the hike in prices. People there were not too happy about the major hike. You guys are new but you should know better, being that you're in the industry. I wash big loads at laundry mats for better wash. So I started going when work and Christmas made life a little more than one could handle - I needed help! First two rounds went well and then we had a sick cat - I put those in a separate bag and let the guy know - asked if there were any extra charges - said no problem. There was actually a note attached on the return bag that my clothes had an "exaggerated amount of dog hair and dog shit on them". So I guess that means you don't want me back? No problem! read more
