I just want a clean, quiet place to wash and fold my clothes and be on my way. I love the variety in machines and the price point. It's the cheapest in the area. I washed and dried four loads of clothes in peace and quiet for less than $20! Can't beat that! The staff is awesome also- very helpful and attentive. Looking forward to being a regular.

This laundromat is always clean and the staff is friendly -- they're always cleaning something. Their machines are a little pricier than other laundromats in the area, but that's a price I'm willing to pay because the machines always work! The hot water cycle is always hot and the dryers keep a consistent temperature (the clothes dry faster), which means I end up spending less money in the long run. I do agree with others that mentioned there aren't enough of the smallest capacity washers but they're only working with so much space -- I personally try to go during non-peak hours. One of the best parts about this place is there's now a dollar store a few doors down so I can inexpensively buy supplies I forgot at home. The only thing that could make this laundromat better is if they were open 24-hours -- it would be nice to be able to start the wash on my clothes, then go to 24-hour gym (in the same plaza) while the cycle is going. Over all I would give this place 4.5 stars.

They don't have chairs and people directly behind me when I'm trying to load the washers and there's more seating than the other ones. The only part I don't like is the main entrance doors. The employees are very nice to your face, but once you leave, they look through your belongings and basically talk about how "disgusting" their customers are. I get it, it's never fun cleaning up other people's messes, but the employees weren't even trying to talk quietly and I was sitting in plain sight doing my own wash. In short, I'd go and do MY OWN laundry there if I'm in a pinch and can't drive to my usual place (Garden Laundry in Fords!) but I'd rather not have people sift through my belongings and call me disgusting.

They renovated the bathroom and painting and installed a sound system to make the laundry experience 1000x better. It's so bright and offer so much more than any other laundromat around the area!! Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Best there is in the SOMA area, which is kind of sad, but then again most homes have washer dryers here too.
