I was absolutely impressed by this laundry. It was very spacious. There were lots of machines. They have machines that take credit cards. The largest one costs between $9.25 and $10.25 depending the degree of wash that you choose. They have 3 different sized washers. They also have old school washers. The ones that fill with like 15-20 gallons of water. They are are open 24/7 Friday and Saturday ONLY. Every other day, they are open 6:00am-2:00am. read more

This is where you can end up when the washer and dryer in your house refuse to cooperate and you are stuck with a basket of wet clothes in the middle of the night. Even though they were closed they let me do my laundry while they clean. The laundromat is spotless. The mural on the wall is interesting and the aquarium relaxing to look at while you wait for your laundry. There are bill changing machines in the facilities and the machines use hot water. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend this laundromat to family and friends. read more

Today I went over to laundry word to do my laundry, this time I decided to cash up for quarters before unloading my clothes from my car when the attendant(Colombian woman) approached me right away asking if I was going to wash there and told me Quaters we're only for customers to wash there. She then demanded me to give her my quarters and she said she was going to give it back to me when I get the clothes from my car which I thought it was so rude from her and disrespectful and as I walked to the door she locked me in stating she couldn't let me go unless I give her my quaters! So I told her I was going to call the police because she was practically attempting to kidnapping me! Unless I give her the coins! She said she didn't care if I called the police and threatened to call the owner, which I said go ahead call him, then I went to get out through the other exit door and she also tried to lock it too and was trying to not to let me out. I managed to get out and she yelled in front of other customers that I was a thief! I decided not to wash there anymore and left the place! Mr.Ralph (owner)you need to get rid of that woman before you get your business in big trouble! If could give zero stars I would! Unlike the owner is a really nice guy! read more

Honestly one of the best, if not the best laundry spot in Hialeah. They have a nice entertainment space with a huge tv where you can watch your favorite shows while you wait for your clothes to dry. The machines are always clean and I've never seen a mildewy machine. There are snack machines, including an ice cream machine. I drove 20 minutes away because this place was listed as 'best laundry mat' well let me tell you it is terrible. I was intrigued because one of the reviews said the machines had access for you to pay with credit card. I came straight from running errands to wash. When I come in it initially looks nice. I see there's only a few machines with cc access and they are all being used except the bigger ones. So I ask the attendant and she's using them. So I had to use the more expensive ones because the ATM also didn't work by the way. When I go to dry the lady says none of those work, only the ones we use work and you can't use those. I said well your atm doesn't work? She goes 'tell the owner, I'm tired of complaining to him' you can go across the street to use the atm. I come back and she says make sure to use certain dryers. They don't all heat well. I said okay which ones. So yeah terrible. Also don't sit on the couches. They smell like urine and are dirty/sticky. I will never come back that's for sure. read more
