My laundry was taken out by an employee and I tried to stop , explaining that I was still using that dryer! She told me that this lady had been waiting for a dryer for a while. I understood and tried explaining that I still had a washer going and was slowly adding clothes to it . I had set an alarm on my phone through the app . Yet, the wifi is slow and my alarm never went off!!!! If the employee bothered to look at my phone , she would see that I had been adding time to that big dryer! AND... that it had just stopped one freaking minute before I walked to her unloading my towels and blankets! To make matters worse !!! I had offered the lady that was waiting a dryer that I had taken clothes out of and still had minutes. Mind you I've only been here twice and usually the employees will walk around and ask customers if that dryer/ washer is theirs. But not this Sunday ! I had to leave with towels and blankets still wet bc employee took them out 1 freaking minute after it stopped! Wow , thanks a lot ! And for anyone wanting to do laundry here, understand that you have to use their WIFI to use app! But be warned, it is SLOW !

I was in my vehicle waiting for my clothes to be ready to put in the dryer. Now they both walked out. There were arguing and arguing being so loud I had to turn my radio on louder Then he closed and slam the door on her, turned on the car she went inside at the same time he was pulling back. He almost hit a car from being so mad and rage. He almost hit a car that was trying to get ready to park. So she went inside and grabbed her phone and came back outside and was calling him. I'm assuming because he was calling she was walking back-and-forth the sidewalk and screaming and yelling at him with her phone.. She was outside for 10 minutes 15 minutes instead of taking care of the inside. ( her job.) . But I do also want to say is that every time I come to the laundromat she's always outside on her phone or smoking
