A gentleman stated when given the ticket to pick up item that the price was wrong, that the price given by the owner was a dollar less because he was the one who cleaned it and that the price was wrong. Also stated my fleece was a coat and wasnt a fleece. So, when entering the facility there are no price boards letting you know price for services. They charge as they want, also i gave a $20 was charged for a coat price and not as what the owner charged on ticket. Very unhappy customer, and won't be a customer again. My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. But Parkade is bright, clean, comfortable, and most of the machines are working most of the time. The staff there are helpful, very friendly, and professional. Sal, the older Italian guy who's always there, will instantly become your best friend and talk your ear off. I have a washer and dryer at home for doing the routine stuff, but I bring my big stuff like bedding and towels, and really stinky stuff like my dog's blankets, because the industrial machines just get things cleaner quicker. I've never been disappointed with either the results, the experience here, or the setting. If ya gotta do laundry in a laundromat, this is about the nicest place you'll find in the greater Manchester area.
