Kung was was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive, like they were doing us a favor just by talking to us. Instead of listening or answering questions professionally, they talk down to you and act like you're ignorant for even asking. What really crossed the line is how Kung pressures you into signing up, then once they have your money, they suddenly hide behind "documentation". They basically hustle you into buying services, and only AFTER you pay, they claim there are "no refunds" because it's written somewhere in their paperwork. The problem is: Kung never verbally mention it upfront and they doesn't clearly show it to you before taking your payment. That's not transparency -- that's manipulation. Even worse, they try to convince you that you MUST take their services because "you need it", as if they get to decide what's best for you while disrespecting you at the same time. That's not healthcare -- that's arrogance. Also, any business that offers no refunds on rushed prepaid packages is waving a huge red flag. If you were truly confident in your service and results, you wouldn't need to trap people into paying upfront with a rigid "no refund" policy that you try to bury deep into some kind of initial document you sign and never mention it in any of your subsequent patient visits. Overall: unprofessional, pushy, and unethical behavior. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually treats patients with respect and will probably provide better and more effective results too.

I booked online same day, as a new patient... If every community had something like this available to all the world, people would suffer less and maybe we could realize world peace!!! After 10 Years of Pain, I Finally Found Hope…read more Over 10 years ago, I had a severe reaction to a vaccine that affected my facial nerve, leaving me with significant nerve and muscle pain and paralysis changes to one side of my face. After seeing more than 15 doctors--from neurologists to pain specialists--I never really found answers or lasting relief. Eventually, I just accepted this was something I would have to live with. Then a friend recommended Dr. Lanh. I had tried acupuncture before for short-term pain relief, but her approach has been completely different. She looks at the whole body through traditional Chinese medicine and has truly treated me from the inside out. I then began weekly acupuncture sessions with Abigail about four weeks before my first IUI. Abigail is so knowledgeable and has an inviting, warm and approachable personality. She was very uncertain about cost/value. She repeatedly said she needed to think about it. She went back to ask more questions, saying repeatedly she was undecided and they gave her an accupuncture treatment (that's fine) during which she fell deeply asleep (also fine). But when she awoke, all groggy, she was immediately ushered into another treatment and before you know it she had an approx. $400 bill and she was handed the plan, attached below. Maybe this place helps patients and maybe it doesn't BUT if you go, please be prepared to be pitched and sold and closed like you were buying a used car. Also be prepared to bring along your financial advisor.
