Handled the suboptimal conditions (mud everywhere, glaring sun, high winds that knocked things down) at the venue with ease and grace. Didn't even know they were there unless they were talking directly to us (stealthy!). Captured so many gorgeous photos and fun candids. They took our preferences into account- we got the types of photos that were important to us (and more!) and they were in the style we hoped for- natural, did not look heavily edited (and if they were you'd never know it!). Video clips and 1 min video montage were WONDERFUL. Many guests have commented how nicely they captured the essence of our day. Her studio is really neat! She has a love of nature and makes most if not all of her backgrounds by hand. Pretty cool! I had always wanted to get an extended family picture and thought why not try Lillian and Grace. I asked Rachael if she would come to my house and take a large group family picture as well as small group pictures. She gladly accepted and was genuinely excited to take pictures outside of the studio. Rachael was super easy to work with. She responds promptly to any questions or ideas and is definitely not pushy. She made adults feel comfortable posing and made the kids laugh to get a natural smile! Very soon after taking our photos, she sent me the proofs. I was thrilled with the pictures. Even my husband who doesn't like his picture taken loved the photos. Everyone felt great and loved the way they looked in our pics. The toughest part was trying to decide which prints to buy!!
