I found this photographer and asked her a couple of questions about the beaches we would shoot on since I'm not local. She was very unresponsive and seemed to be offended I asked her questions about the seaweed in her beach photos. Again little to no response. After a week I asked "Are we on?". Finally she responded with I should find another photographer since the beach she shoots on is "not what I want". What?....I never said I didn't like the location, I just asked some questions about what beaches she shot at and emailed her that I was fine with whatever was the prettiest beach. Customers aren't allowed to ask questions about shoot location? Her pictures on her website are not even that good to be honest, she's definitely a novice, but I figured for a quick mini shoot it would be okay. But WOW, couple that with terrible customer service and $295 for 20 minutes for mediocre photos?. Buyer beware...

On the day of, she was great at keeping everyone on schedule (which isn't always the easiest), especially since we had a lot of picture demands and a big wedding party, but I never felt rushed or felt like I didn't get the right shot.
