The most frustrating experience was having a scheduled showing canceled shortly before the appointment due to the unit allegedly going under contract. Despite there being other units in the building, no alternatives were presented. Overall, I did not feel that there was a meaningful effort to help me find a rental, which made the experience quite disappointing. As a review below I can relate to the experience of dismissiveness and lie about properties when it's a smaller commission. I hope this constructive criticism helps this agency because if you can't built honest trust with your clients they will not return when they are ready to splurge more on a rental, home, or any other property.

There have been many ups and downs, but I doubt it would have panned out the way it did without Danny. The amount of time, effort, and work he put in to accommodate our transition was above and beyond our expectations. He not only helped us acquire a rental to land in, but when the rental didn't work out, he was readily available at all hours of the day and evening helping us figure something out.
