I told the staff the photo requirements from the Germany Ambassador website: the photo size should be 35x45mm, the head measures 30-36mm, the lighting condition even, background is medium grey. The staff said ok. Suddenly an old man who seems to be the boss run downstairs and shouted at me:"We are not gonna do that! We are never gonna do that!"I replied:"Why? These requirements are not hard to satisfy." He continued shouting at me:"We are never gonna do that! We can't do these requirements. We need to take 4 to 5 pictures and choose the right one, it doesn't worth 15$!" After saying that, he didn't even give me a second look and run upstairs. His attitude was extremely rude. I felt I was not treated as a customer, but a suspect interrogated by the police. These requirements are rigorous from the Germany ambassador website. They are straightforward and not difficult to meet. If the boss thinks it's not worth 15$, he can simply charge me more on that and we could negotiate on that. Why did he treat me so rudely and didn't want to speak any more words before expelling me from his noble store?
