He's very knowledgeable but one of those few good doctors I know who's confident and nothing himself to say when he doesn't know something. That might be one of the most important attributes for a good doctor to have as it keeps patients with complicated conditions safer than some maverick who thinks they know everything. Besides that one unique point I thought I would share I have the same views as everyone else this guy is very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an asset to his field at a time when you have Stanford pumping out useless doctors by the hundreds who think they are God's gift to earth. But here's the honest truth about Doctor Rozelle, he's great because he's great, unlike doctors who could be considered good because of how bad the others are. This is a pretty big difference and why he deserves 5 stars!

He monitors my health issues and sends me to other speciality medical departments if needed. I see him about twice a year. Dr. Cummings is the Allergy, Asthma and Immunology specialist at Menlo Medical Clinic and,…read moreaccording to her bio on the MMC site, she has been with them for 23 years. My three little boys have a variety of allergies and are all subject to asthma/wheezing, so we've gotten to know Dr. Cummings over several years now... and I'm thankful that she is here to help us sort through the associated complex and stressful issues. She's got the experience and research knowledge to know what she's doing -- and during my interactions she's demonstrated both a friendly bedside manner and a balance between confidence and caution that I find reassuring. Of course with allergies as with lots of other ailments, doctors are still learning -- so even the experts can often not tell you the "right answer" for how to manage a particular allergy. And it's no fun bringing your little guys in to be poked and prodded each year for an allergy test, especially when (as on our last visit) my three year old's uncomfortable skin test got botched and had to be repeated. But as with most things, no pain, no gain. And since we are trying to do our very best to keep our little guys safe and comfortable over the long haul, we're going to keep coming to Dr. Cummings for the best advice we can get.

I've been told I'm allergic/sensitive to chemicals, and there's no known way to treat that. Dr Cummings was highly recommended to me, and I went to her as a last ditch effort. She took a look at all my previous testing, listened to me talking about my symptoms, and pinpointed my main (though not only) problem immediately - untreated silent reflux - and gave me a recommendation for her colleague, Dr Chan. She was right on the money. Dr Chan tested me, put me on meds, and I've never been better. Unlike other allergists I've gone to, Dr Cummings knows what can mimic allergy problems, and who to send you to. And I'm really grateful for that expertise, and her wonderful bedside manner.

On Friday M. was very sympathetic and said Riker would review my records on Tuesday. I had heard nothing and called Menlo Clinic rheumatology on Thursday. The person on the phone would not put me through to M., but did have the courtesy to review my record. He said a letter had been sent to my referring dermatologist saying Riker's practice was closed. This isn't true. She accepts the patients she wants and lets the rest of us sit in limbo until the referring doctor tells us we didn't make the cut. Doesn't even have the courtesy to have one of her staff call the patient directly. I'm filing complaints with every agency I can think of.

THEY WASTED WEEKS OF MY TIME JUST TO TELL ME THEY WON'T ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS WHEN THEY INITIALLY SAID THEY WOULD! They couldn't even have the decency to APOLOGIZE. Basically, it started badly as they have the wrong fax number available to providers (they no longer use it) --which they should update their system--. I had called them several times throughout the process trying to solve this. During the whole process, they told me MISLEADING and CONTRADICTORY information about the referral process. One lady told me it would take 1 week, then another lady said it should take 3 more days as I had already waited, then another lady told me that they couldn't even give me a timeframe for the processing. I, unfortunately, didn't get everybody's name but 2 people in contact were 'Yvette' and 'Tammy'. In the end, they call me WEEKS later to tell me they WON'T be accepting new patients!! Not just with Dr. Riker but with all the other rheumatologists at the clinic. WHY WOULDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS DURING THE SEVERAL TIMES I CALLED THEM?! They knew which doctor I was referred to and they told me they were accepting new patients!! The last time I called them was 1 business day before they told me they were no longer accepting patients. Their incompetence led me to not be able to get an appointment. Not only they misled me throughout the process, but now they have delayed the medical care that I desperately need! Their system is an inefficient mess, and their staff is badly trained. This is unfortunate as Dr. Riker came in highly recommended to me. But sick people shouldn't have to go through this mess just to TRY to get an appointment. It's unacceptable! Now while suffering for weeks, I'm struggling to try to find a new rheumatologist. I'm sick and I didn't have the energy to complain to them on the phone because they would just treat me with apathy (like they did before when I'd call). They don't care, but I'm writing so other patients don't go through this.

He spends quality time with me and doesn't make me feel rushed with my appointment. I also appreciate his punctuality. He is, nearly, always on time for our appointment. This place is a cut above UCSF, which had abandoned me because I was a complicated case. The reason I subtracted one star is because their handicapped toilet is NOT handicapped-accessible! A whole, big restroom with enough room for a wheelchair and yet no way for the person in the wheelchair to actually enter it! Exactly how is someone in a wheelchair supposed to wrench open a door that weighs a ton and has NO BUTTON to push or anything? Especially from a seated position? And what if your arms are also paralyzed? Sometimes I think the Disability Right movement of the 1980's was all for nothing...

I was nervous as I had never gone under for a major surgery like this, but Dr. Most and his staff were very personable and made me comfortable the entire time. In terms of results, I couldn't have asked for anything better. My nose looks even better than it did pre-op, it's actually symmetrical! Not only that, the quality of my sleep improved from 70% to 93% according to my sleep tracker. I can breathe so easy now. I had ended up getting a rib graft; pre-op Dr. Most had informed me before as a precaution and reassured me it was the best course of action. I had experienced no bruising on my face and swelling was noticeable but not egregious. The rib recovery wasn't as bad as I thought, very tender and minimal range in the early days but I was able to stop using the pain medication fairly quickly. It can take awhile from pre-op visits to the actual surgery date considering how in demand he is. Once you've established yourself as his patient, definitely use the myHealth app as suggested by his staff. It is much easier to communicate that way instead of phone. All in all, I would highly recommend Dr. Most to everyone. A huge thank you to him and his staff.

Also, he mocked me and laughed at me when he walked in. Also, he has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen in my life by FAR. One manager said "I didn't hang up, I disconnected." and she refused to repeat something that I said I forgot, because she doesn't understand the concept of memory apparently.
