ID LEFT OVER 13 calls, and have yet to receive a call back! Absolutely the worst experience ever! And there are bible verses on the wall!

A couple of months back, I also had a small load of dark clothes to wash, so I used a smaller machine for them. I selected the 'Cold' cycle as I always do, yet the wash and rinse cycle were both 'Hot', not even warm. Needless to say, my T-shirts shrunk...I now was a 75 year old man on a budget, walking around wearing short halter tops! A couple of weeks after that, their 60# machines were out of order, so I had to use several smaller ones. I again selected the 'Cold' cycle yet those wash and rinse cycles were also hot. Two weeks ago I used the 60# again and when adding the bleach, I noticed hot air coming from the opening. As mentioned earlier, I love this place because its ALWAYS 'squeaky clean', but because the machines offer the choice of which water temperature one requires, but the owners don't, so factoring in the price of gas and replacing some clothes, I'm sorry to say I now have to go elsewhere, I only gave it a 2* rating for the machine issues only, for everything else, I definitely give it a 5* rating.

They even used the high capacity washers for what looked like a small load of hand towels. Isn't there an unspoken rule that you need to leave a couple washers open for others? I'm sure it's nice to do a months worth the laundry at one time but other people don't have that kind of time to wait for a washer, super rude. I left and came back. This time I got a washer but for the next 45 minutes I got to listen to their kids shriek and slop their McDonald's everywhere. Not really the business's fault though. But what is their fault is the gross soap dispensers.
