We are so happy to have a nice, clean and professional place to take our large blankets for washing. There really wasn't a good place that would provide this service without going to SPIN in Portland. They provide really good service and good turnaround times for non-self-service options. We have not used the machines to do our own since we have our own laundry machines at home but there are always several people there doing their laundry and they do have happy hour and morning hour specials too. read more

Lots of machines and clean but I did not like that I have to get a card from the store instead of just using my credit card. Another card in my wallet, ugh. The only chairs to sit in are high bar style chairs. Yes they look good but not comfortable. I want to do laundry and relax not have to balance myself. The Laundry Room Westside is clean, fresh-smelling, and equipped with very efficient washers and dryers. I was surprised how quickly the process went - I had a full week's worth of laundry and yet I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I will be happy to use this laundromat as long as my dryer isn't working, and once it's repaired I will keep it in mind for comforters and the like in the future. read more

Have really liked coming here for the last few years. I've bought a large comforter bag from a previous employee with no problems. The last visit I asked to buy a comforter bag. Noticed it was smaller than the one I'd bought before. Went back up to ask for a large bag I'd pay for it. The owners daughter stated they can't sell them only to laundry pick up folks. I said I wanted to talk to the manager she said She was the manager all 3 of them behind her agreed. She has an unfriendly attitude. Then I witnessed her chewing out her male coworker about helping an elderly lady who hadn't placed her laundry soap in the wash yet. Coworker was helping assisting lady never been there before he hadn't noticed so asked her to stop it so she could buy soap she had a big problem with his request. There were a few other fellows hanging out behind the counter not sure if they were all employed there. In the meantime there was gross lint,dryer sheets dirt piled up against the wall under the floor mop duster looked gross. The children's table was covered in food crumbs books everywhere. I've seen this establishment super clean in the past with some really nice helpful employees a lot cleaner and tidy with the washers cleaned up from excess detergent & softener now they are nasty left over product all over dispenser area. Oh also on the way out I said thank you she made it a point to remind me she can't sell the larger bags due to higher cost even tho when I asked she stated they don't have larger bag's they were all the same size. This laundromat is great! Very clean, very efficient and very nice staff! I arrived at 7:40am this morning and was done by 8:45am! I went in to wash a king sized comforter. Wash time took about 30 minutes and cost me $10.50 for one of the larger washers. The XL dryers are $0.55 for 5 minutes. I put a little extra drying time just to make sure it would be dry, and it was! Definitely faster and more efficient than my dryer at home! Will be back! read more

Not only are the husband and wife owner team very nice and accommodating, an employee by the name of Beatrice also needs to be acknowledged. Not only was she very helpful with the card system and the machines, she was mature beyond her years and had a wonderfully sunny disposition. We washed a huge comforter in one of the bigger washing machines. The inside is very clean and the employees were nice and helpful. Genuinely enjoyed this laundromat over many others I've been to. The only thing is to wash the one comforter ourselves was nearly $13 to wash and to dry it was $.45 per five minutes. All in all, we left paying around $15 for one comforter to be cleaned, we love this place so we would maybe think about going back but it was pretty pricey. Bougie laundromat!! read more

I needed to wash my giant comforter, and was very stressed trying to find a clean laundromat with XL sized washers. I get grossed out easily by most laundromats. Finding this location was a HUGE win. The attendant was very kind and excited to teach me how to use the machines. The facility was spotless and had plenty of seating while you wait. They use electronic cards to load with cash and apply to your desired washes. The machines can be sterilized before usage for free! It only took 45 minutes for me to wash and dry my bedding. Good prices, very easy online scheduling for laundry pick up, and specials for new customers. However, after having two big bundles of clothing picked up to be washed by them, my wallet was stolen; my payment did not go through for the laundry service. That day and the next day, I received a voice mail from the driver regarding my declined payment. I called them the following week, to ask if I could come in and pay cash to pick up my clothes. Long story short, I will never use their service again ONLY because of the incredible RUDENESS of the three employees that I have dealt with throughout this ordeal. The driver, the girl working the phones who's name is Emily, and whoever the lady was working one night when I showed up there ten minutes before closing and she rudely told me that she already closed her till so I couldn't get my clothes. Emily for some reason, between two different phone calls, felt the need to tell me THREE times that I would need to pay the FULL amount of $67 before I could have my clothing back. I told her each time, Sure yes that's NO problem. I don't know if she was assuming that I could not pay for my clothes and I thought I could just come and get them for free or WHAT... but she has ZERO people skills and is SO incredibly rude and condescending . And she basically is the deciding factor in saying I will NEVER use this place for washing my clothes neither by them nor by me taking my clothes there to wash myself. I can't deal with someone like her. If it weren't for needing my clothing that they have held hostage right now, I would've gave her a piece of my mind on the phone but I just bit my tongue and decided to write a review instead. read more

The worker at this place named Emily called the cops on the only black people in the shop for using a washing machine that had left over funds. She was rude to them and am saddened that I have to witness such an unjust act. I was staying in Hillsboro for a few weeks and needed to do laundry. As a solo female traveler I wanted to find a safe and clean laundromat. This place was perfect!! It's in a safe clean area. Target is just across the road so if you need to do some shopping while you wait for your clothes, perfect! Dutch Bros also in the same parking lot. Different size washers, always tons available even when it seems busy. Huge awesome dryers! It was my first time at a laundromat and the attendant was very helpful and got me set up with how to load money onto the laundry card. Great experience. The Laundry Room Westside has an employee, Emily who calls herself a "manager" is the rudest. I went to drop off an item to be cleaned and Emily was the attendant who "helped" me. Immediately I noticed she had an attitude towards anyone who had breathe in their body. After she avoided my chipper "hello" she went into a "I know it all tone" when I was explaining how the product needed to be washed. After listening to her tone for 5mins, I continued to stay calm and composed in front of my 12 year old and other customers. I proceeded to explain the situation, which she had no interest in hearing. The conversation then went into her telling me in aggressive tone that she didn't need "attitude" from me. *insert confusion on my face* I honestly thought in that moment she was under the influence of something; she looked disheveled. I left my product there with the intention of calling the owner the next day to report her behavior. Hours later Emily left me a nasty voicemail telling me to come pick up my uncleaned product and she wasn't going to clean it. She claims the Owner is her mother, who I have engaged with in the past and has been very professional and pleasant and unfortunately Emily acquired non of those attributes- very sad. I feel for her parents and anyone else who has to engage with her. Due to her entitled behavior this business has lost a faithful customer. Emily is small minded and has no experience with how to navigate an adult conversation. GO BACK TO SCHOOL, Emily your brain will thank you! read more

Awesome laundromat! I have a washer and dryer at home, but my king size comforters don't fit. This place is really clean and attended. They use a card system, so I don't have to deal with quarters. They take credit cards, too. The blankets come out almost dry. Drying takes 24 minutes. So we are in and out in under an hour. Compared to all other laundromats on the west side, this one is the best! It takes us an hour to drive here, more with traffic. But it's so worth it! All the attendants we met are friendly and very helpful. The card system was new to me, but so simple to use once the attendant showed me how. I sleep so well knowing my comforters are clean and they smell so fresh. read more

This is the cleanest laundry facility I have ever seen in my travels. The owner/managers do a great job of keeping the machines clean and all in working order. The people who work there are so helpful and make sure that the restroom and all the counters and front/tops of machines are cleaned down frequently. Each time I have been in I have been welcomed and offered help. The first time you go there you have to get a card to use in the machines which I think it a great alternative to quarters and not the first laundromat I've been to that does that. I think this is their practice, not just because of COVID. They also offer drop off laundry service. There are two vending machines with decent choices as well. After today I will never go back. Here's why. 1. The machines have stopped cleaning my clothes properly. I use the correct amount of detergent and use the Anti-Virus wash that is supposed to have several different rinse cycles to the point that the machine won't allow you to have additional rinse cycles. I spent $65 today and almost 4 hours trying to wash and dry my clothes and bedding. The dryers took over 90 minutes to get my items feeling even remotely dry (I did not overfill) and after they were "dry" they felt like they had a film of detergent still on them. I didn't say anything because I could stand being in there for another minute because: 2. The clientele has become increasingly aggressive. The last 7+ times I've been there, I have had strange men being creepy towards me and even one man stand outside my car and berate my dog. He kept it up even after I moved my car. But today was the last straw. This "mother" was shouting at her teenage son in the parking lot right by my car as I was trying to put my items into my car. She then carried the disgusting behavior inside and proceeded to rant to her other son and calling her other son slurs and cussing loudly. I understand that you can't always control your clientele, but that is not what I want to be around at all. 3. As I was folding my 3 large dryers worth of clothing and bedding, the owner (I guess) proceeded to make me move out of her way so she could assist an older, but capable couple with putting their stuff in the middle dryer of the three I was using. She inexplicably made me stop my folding to do this even though there were 4 empty dryers behind me. She then proceeded to make me stand there while they loaded their stuff and she walked them through the whole process of drying and paying with the card. She then looked back and smugly told me "thank you" for waiting while she did this. Like...why?! Not only did you risk all of our lives by getting within 6 feet of me, you also didn't wipe down the machine, or anything. I'm definitely not sick, but what if they were? I don't get it. Maybe you don't like me or my haircut or something, but that is no excuse to make me move out of the way while you catered to this older couple. I have been there about 10 times now and have spent between $50-$70 each time. I'm always courteous and follow the rules, but then get treated like that? Ok. Cool. I gave my card with a remaining balance to a nice couple because I won't be back. I didn't bother to come talk to you because I didn't have the energy to argue or cause a scene. You were already rude to me, so why bother?! Run your business however you see fit, but I'm done. read more

We are full-time RVERS and have used laundromats all over the US. This place is hands down the cleanest, most modern, nicest laundromat we have ever visited. I am sure it helps that there is adult supervision in the form of a friendly, helpful attendant. Two loads in the washers and we were off to Bi-Mart. A text message from our smart machines let us know it was time to return and start the drying process. I wish all laundromats were half as clean and modern. read more
