This is one of my fav Kaisers to go to!! They have everything here. Urgent care, emergency, primary…read morecare, and pharmacy. The care and doctors are really good and thorough! My gastroenterologist is here and amazing !! Even the he's part time Panorama makes sure to have good Doctors. This location is huge and pretty much every building is walking distance. It's many parking structures for parking and it's free. I get good experience every time I come, and the service is fast. I do recommend this Kaiser and like the doctors here ! Overall, the experience is always good! -Marshay D.

First off, this is long. I post the good, bad and ugly. This isn't good…read more Everyone at the Panorama facility has been nice and caring with the exception of the call centers. The Kaiser process breaks down when the patient is in the middle of care and sent home after surgery. Getting in touch with our surgeon was impossible. We had to start with the call center and explain everything each time to a new person what we needed. This makes it very difficult for families doing home care. My wife's surgeon did a wonderful job until he didn't. He sent her home without much follow-up and a terrible pain management plan. She should have been kept as an inpatient due to the amount of pain for her type of surgery. Dr. Stephen James Torres has poor bedside manner due to his absence.. He barely met with my wife post-op. Then the recovery nurse called and he prescribed another stronger medication while we were talking. However, this was another opiate. This would have had her on 2 opiates in rotation. The Pharmacist even had concerns for this pain management at home. We had to call "get care now " and that nurse recommended we don't rotate meds. She also said we should go back to ER. My wife toughed through this ordeal, but she shouldn't have had to deal with this at home. Demand another Dr and inpatient care for the safety of the patient. Oh! The cafeteria was decent.

He had sever anemia and was supposed to get Epogen injections on every dialysis session. I know for the fact that these people were skipping the Epogen on his treatment just because it is an expensive drug and charging the insurance anyway. I will pursue a law suit soon, if there is a possibility since it has been 3 years ago. Also need to say it, you will find roaches on the floor if you stay there for a while !

You lack compassion, respect and honor. I'm a young, entrepreneurial and pleasant individual who's seen good and bad dialysis units. I'm not a person who will allow individuals to act unethical and like to cover up mistakes or tell lies to patients and doctors alike. I will continue to address matters that are not up to par with me and every patients rights to decent health care. I don't play the blame game and me not being under you and your staff care was a blessing! You ran me out because I wouldn't shut up about the sub par treatment and care received by your poor management. Except for the few special technicians and nurses that really care and performed their duties under duress and poor working conditions, your unit should be shut down and reopened with better management, social workers and retrained personnel. I guarantee the patients who are quiet and scared of reprisal would be happy campers. FYI. I'm with a another unit again with a more committed nephrologist and will continue to always be with the best of the best health care no matter how many times or how long it takes, I will never settle for less! I only wish you and your comrades the best so you can in return give your up most attention to the patients that are at your mercy. Thank God it's not me.... So I need to reply unfortunately because Marilyn L. wanted to throw dirt on my good name and character! This is what she replied, (copied and pasting it): Speak for yourself Mr Amaru. You talk trash because you're the one causing all troubles in every unit you go to, you are very manipulative and you know how to play the game. You hop dialysis unit and that's what you do to please yourself and if you didn't get what u wanted you go somewhere else. Good luck to you and your health. !!!! So I only have this to reiterate and confirm. Yes I've been to many Dialysis units through traveling and leaving some for neglectful demeanor or acts beyond forgiveness. I moved from Las Vegas to Canoga Park so of course I needed a Dialysis unit and I unfortunately chose yours, MARILYN L.. For sure it wasn't your reputation but because I assumed I had a good Doctor in Dr. Partake. Until I started receiving lack luster care from him, horrible accountability and mistakes from upper mgmt. ( the staff was exceptional except some of the nurses were exceptional including mine whom I can't remember her name.) The technicians were grossly overworked to the point if there was neglect on their part, it was because the understaffed conditions! I admit also that I will not tolerated substandard care and piss poor attitudes and accountability from upper management and directors! I have the right to find another unit and I did. It took me having to drive all the way to Inglewood from Canoga Park, over 30 mi. each way to do so. (I tend to choose units based on their doctors). It was worth it and I I'm even more healthier then when I was when with Northridge. I can't speak on it today because I've washed my hands and moved on until this reply by MARILYN L. was discovered. So if you go to this clinic, talk to the patients and ask me or the other gentleman who was brave enough to speak against a Corporate Giant (Davita) clinic and it's employees. God knows what would happen if I wrote this and stayed!!! That's how insecure i was about this place...
