I have had excellent medical care since discovering North Laurel Family Medicine. My husband and I…read moremoved here from out of state and were starting new with healthcare providers without knowing anyone here. Jeff Moffett and his entire team have helped me to reach consistent stability with more than one chronic condition through testing and proper medications. I have had hormone pelleting elsewhere and the compounding lab where they get their pellets are also the best and always consistent, which has been unlike other providers. I have also had other providers who were unable to administer the pellets in a way that was painless and didn't leave me with bruising that could take up to 3 weeks to heal. The pellets have been the greatest health gift ever. Although I know of zero insurance companies that cover costs for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, whether with pellets or other methods, I can't stress enough how life changing these are (for the better) and that I will never go without them. The warmth, care, and genuine concern that once set this office apart seem to be gone. What was once a place where patients felt valued and cared for has shifted into something far more impersonal. It's disappointing to see how much the quality of care and patient connection has declined. Update: At this point, Telecia P. Welborn's actions appear to constitute harassment under the pretense of fulfilling her job responsibilities. I have clearly communicated that I have no intention of returning to this facility. Despite this, she continues to seek out reasons to contact me. Her behavior--marked by unprofessionalism and inappropriate language--stands in direct contrast to the values on which this clinic was established. This situation is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
