I'm a huge fan of dermaplane--you can see results immediately as it removes hair and dead skin from the face. I've had this service done at a few places in the Jackson area and can confidently say that Faces, specifically Ms. Marilyn, provides you with the most thorough treatment. She is so unbelievably thorough! She is the only person who has changed the dermaplane blade 2-3 times during my session--I'm Indian, I have a lot of hair, and so, it's expected that the blade would need to be changed and she is the ONLY PERSON in the Jackson area who delivers such extensive and precise service. Oh, and the price is so reasonable for the attention you receive. My sister sees Leta for hydrofacials. I opted for the hydrofacial once and felt that my skin was immediately hydrated and she helped my breakouts calm down. She is just as thorough and dedicated to making your skin glow as Ms. Marilyn! The Tech was also great. She explained the laser process in great detail. After I was comfortable with how the procedure works she decided that it would be best if she did a test area. It wasn't nearly as painful as I thought. I'm definitely returning next week for my second appointment! Can't wait to get this tattoo completely removed. Dr. Koehler made me feel so much better by explaining exactly what he could do to repair the damage as much as possible. He did a wonderful job and he and his staff went above and beyond my previous experience to make me look and feel better. There were some issues once the damage was done it was difficult to get exactly like we wanted, but it was 100% better. You don't know how much I wish I had gone to Dr. Koehler to begin with. I am certain he would have done the perfect facelift.

I had a credit from the "other side." Who knew that 1) the two sides of the business do not use each other's forms of payment and 2) they have two different reservation system for the same services on two different sides of the building and I was to know "who I spoke too" and "how I booked my appointment." (I showed them my phone call log and the text sent to me from the spa side to make a reservation. Though I was told they share the same phone numbers.) Even typing this complicates me further. The entire transaction before and after the treatment was so appalling. And the way they treated me. I will use this in training across the US on how a few simple poorly handled customer service transactions can cost you thousands of dollars. As after this fiasco I cancelled my next procedure with a doctor that was quiet expensive.
