On my second time trying to call the phone rang about 5 times, then a representative answered. After giving the reason for my call, pick-up location, and destination I was told the wait would be 45 minutes. That's a fairly long time considering that I was only 5 minutes away, and the destination was a short time away as well, but I decided to wait anyway. After waiting about 20 minutes, the elderly man decided to cancel the taxi cab pickup. When I called the company back they seemed unbothered by the cancellation. Not as if they should seem bothered, but it just seemed as if they were happy to have the pick up cancelled.

I found him to be extremely rude - especially when it came to explaining my details (which I would imagine they had on their system from previous dispatches- as I never had an issue before). They would usually take about 10 seconds to finish the entire conversation with me. Walter, on the other hand- went on to rudely complain about the speed at which I gave my address and phone number (which I'd repeated about 3 times at different rates) and concluded in me ending the call after a good 7 minutes of trying to give the simple to and from locations along with my phone number. I hope they hire a more competent and friendly dispatcher with a bit of etiquette when it comes to speaking with clients!

We called Reliable and David said he would pick us up in 30 minutes at the Ranger Station. He showed up in 20 minutes so there was no long wait at all. The car was clean, David was friendly, the drive was safe and efficient. The fare was reasonable. David told us to give him a call when we were ready to get back on the Metro to go back to the campground and he would meet us at the College Park Station to drive us back. We called and when we got off the Metro, had to wait for 10 minutes while he finished up with another fare. He apologized for the delay and didn't charge us for the ride back! Would definitely use this Taxi Service again!
