On my second time trying to call the phone rang about 5 times, then a representative answered. After giving the reason for my call, pick-up location, and destination I was told the wait would be 45 minutes. That's a fairly long time considering that I was only 5 minutes away, and the destination was a short time away as well, but I decided to wait anyway. After waiting about 20 minutes, the elderly man decided to cancel the taxi cab pickup. When I called the company back they seemed unbothered by the cancellation. Not as if they should seem bothered, but it just seemed as if they were happy to have the pick up cancelled.

Just as he promised, he sent an email the night before their flight, tracked their flight and was there early as the flight arrived early, called me to reassure me that he had contacted the girls, and then contacted me again when he had safely dropped the girls off at their hotel. Not only were they affordable, they accommodated a nervous mother in every way that they could. The girls also said that the driver, Ali, was extremely kind and professional. They would call again immediately after I declined the call, and this persisted until I blocked them. I blocked several numbers, but additional calls kept coming in from other numbers. I did not consent to this repeated contact; this behavior is considered harassment in the eyes of the law. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior. When I started my search for a limo from the airport to the hotel I was consistently finding rates of over $100; Angie beat that price. She provided a Lincoln Town Car for about the same rate that most services wanted for a multi-stop van. Keith was our driver for three- of four trips they provided. He was one unique individual - WOW! He was a trip all by himself. The car was spotless. He had fresh bottles of cold water. He was entertaining and informative. And Angie herself picked us up for the last ride. She's a special lady. We had a number of bumps and hurdles - and all were overcome simply and easily. We had to change times, destinations, and added a separate trip at an odd time when our ship was delayed in port. The ship delay prevented us from making our plane flight home so we had to schedule an unexpected stay at the hotel, a ride from the cruise port to the hotel, and change our original ship-to-airport shuttle to accommodate the extra night in Baltimore.
