The front desk women were all very kind and prompt. Dr Sill and his assistant were excellent per usual. Very friendly and professional. My quickest appointments are always with him. He also took the time to further talk care with me and I really appreciated that. Dr sill is my favorite dentist I've gotten to see from over the years.

I have seen more than one PT here and they are all so friendly and helpful. The assistants that they have helping out in the main room are all great, very pleasant and friendly, and do a good job taking care of the patients. I've been treated in different ways here as well - traditional PT, ART techniques, dry needling. I would highly recommend this facility.

But as far as management is concerned they have no backbone and let the employees walk all over them. The transportation department is definitely not a department. I was hired to try and straighten the transportation department up because of its failures and unfortunately what they don't tell you is that Holland home actually runs care resources not care resources. It is an absolute uphill battle trying to accomplish anything in a business that is run by a corporation that is not even in the same building as the business they are running and they have absolutely no understanding of what is going on there. It is also important to know that the leaders of Holland home responsible for discipline are scared to death of being sued so they allow their employees to get away with anything they want. If you want a job where you can walk all over your managers, calling in sick whenever you feel like , disobey rules, then this is the place to be employed at. If you are an honest person looking for a real job that will have meaning where good employees are cherished and taken care of and bad employees are disciplined and terminated when necessary this is not the place to go. I would definitely also not recommend working for Holland home because obviously these are the same people running Care resources.

Exterior doors are often left unsecured, allowing strangers to wander in unnoticed. Staff seem stretched thin, and call buttons can ring endlessly without response. Basic safety checks appear inconsistent, and residents sometimes roam without supervision. The environment creates constant worry rather than peace of mind. Families deserve reassurance, but instead receive unease. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a secure, protective, and attentive home for loved ones today now always.

The nursing staff and CNAs are incredibly compassionate and attentive. They take the time to treat him with dignity and have made him feel comfortable during a difficult transition. I can't say enough good things about the therapy team. My husband arrived after surgery and, thanks to the dedicated physical and occupational therapist, he has made good progress. They push him to improve while staying safe. The staff keeps me updated on his progress. Which I really appreciate. Medilodge also provides a variety of daily actives. A special shout out to Tyronne , who goes above and beyond to ensure safe transportation to medical appointments. The office staff and nurses are all very kind and helpful. This location is super convenient because they also have an Urgent Care center and a lab (Although it gets a little confusing because it's easy to assume the lab is actually run by the doctors but it's slightly different billing/administration).

I was very sick: heart and digestive problems. Dr. John tested me with state-of-the-art equipment that properly determined that my problem (panic attacks, anxiety, etc.) was caused by a slow parasympathetic system. My thyroid was the 'gist of my problems. It was causing the digestive and heart problems... and the panic/anxiety. Dr. John put me on a 12-visit nutritional program where he monitors what I eat, muscle tests me for what my body needs, and prescribes a catered nutritional supplementary whole-food program based on what he found. I have been visiting Dr. John for about 6 months. The result? My panic attacks and anxiety are gone. My heart problems are no more... I am able to work out again. My digestive problems are gone too. I will be a customer for life!!! My wife saw the changes in me. She is now going as well - for other reasons. It was determined that she is allergic/sensitive to gluten, as many people are. We have transitioned to gluten-free foods. Health is Wealth.
