Im so disappointed that our school choose this location. I booked senior photos the timeless option…read morewhich was supposed to be 20-30 pictures, cap n gown, professional head shot for yearbook, and then one casual pose. We arrived, and the photographer starts then reali,es they can't find the correct colored cords. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, honestly no i don't. I told them it was fine whatever not a big deal. Then they finish, my son and I go home, I look at the pictures and they didn't do any with a casual pose. In top of that my son only got 11 pictures to chose from. Their traditional package the minimum package says 15-20. So even that we didn't receive. Then they're pricing is ridiculous high. Like this is supposed to be a time to celebrate and you're taking advantage of the fact the school chose you to get in the year book. Again just very disappointed with this location and thw events that happened and the prices are just not worth it. I requested a refund for the difference. I really hope they do the give me a hard time for that. I wouldn't recommend this place.
