I've been a patient of Dr. Jendry for over three years, and the very first time I met with him, he…read moresat down and gave me thirty minutes of frank, honest, one-on-one conversation. I came in with a litany of concerns and, one by one, he knocked them down with his practical experience and his insights. This man is a calming presence, a sharp intellect, and a marvelous bedside manner. Whereas my previous PCP had referred to me as "intense" and always kept a mobile, stainless-steel tray between his body and mine, hiding from my onslaught of questions and concerns, Dr. Jendry is absolutely the opposite. Warm, kind, and empathetic, he radiates comfort and support, relying on his decades of experience and education. Without hesitation, I can honestly state that Dr. Jendry is the best PCP I've ever had, and I walked out of his office feeling the weight of uncertainty and concern having completely evaporated. I'm in a good mood, with a bright future, because he took the time to LISTEN to me and make solid, medical suggestions. Thank you, Dr. Jendry.

I've seen both Dr. Rauzi, Dr. Jendry, and Jenny the NP…read more Dr. Rauzi is great when you need all your technical exams done, or urgent cares. Bronchitis, sinus infections, flus, requests for bloodwork or MRIS, kidney stones, and maintenance medications. Dr. jendry I find to be the compassionate and willing to do the most digging when it comes to complex medical problems. I have complex needs and he has been nothing short of providing me a quality of life again. Jenny, well she has zero bed side manner. This past week I went in with a severe cough that kept me up, and she sent me in my way saying it's really nothing and to ride it out. I ended up the in ER because I was wheezing, coughing up blood, and couldn't catch my breath. Acute bronchitis. Also, because I was self pay I had only asked since jendry wasn't in if they were okay writing a controlled script to save me another 90 dollar visit, and she insinuated I had 400 of this substance when I did not. I would avoid her appointments if possible. Eileen's husband is the best MA ever. Euler and all the front desk is amazing. I've never seen dr. Glossier but from what I've heard he's pretty outstanding too.

I've been dealing with the medical system for going on 3 years now after being diagnosed with PPPD (Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness), which has completely flipped my life upside down. I had just relocated to stay with family because my condition made it impossible to live independently. I called this office ahead of time because I was about to lose my job and health insurance. I told them I was paying out of pocket and asked for the cost of a new patient visit. They said $150 plus tax, that's it. So I went in, got my vitals taken, filled out the usual depression and anxiety screeners, talked briefly about my PPPD symptoms, and the NP suggested I try allergy meds in case it was Eustachian tube related. Then I paid the $150 I was told about and left. What I didn't expect was to get billed again -- apparently because I filled out their mental health questionnaires (which added $50 to my bill) and they upgraded my visit to a "Level 4" visit, which costs $278. No one told me that answering those forms would cost extra or that my visit would be coded as anything beyond a basic intake. At no point during or after the appointment did anyone say I owed more. I even paid at checkout. So what gives? Feels like a bait-and-switch. I was upfront about my situation and trying to plan responsibly -- and still got hit with extra fees months later for things no one disclosed. Just be aware.
